Quick high level summary of the antivaxxer attempt at a court case. FASA they call themselves.

They sue everyone who works in 'HEALTH', the president, @SAHPRA1 & @pfizer

In some ways its painful to watch because its going to be pretty brutally damaging if this gets to court.

They have lots of money and it's telling that they fell for an old laywer trick which is to tell customers they may just win.

737 pages in an affidavit does not come cheap. (Tip for the future antivaxxers. Get an advocate that knows medicine next time. It's not looking good.)

There are 8 sections including
- Section om hearsay evidence🤣😉🫠
- Credentials of their experts
- They use VAERS (Shame)
- Attempt to demonise Pfizer studies & mRNA technology
- Affidavits by their experts and two local doctors using Ivermectin to treat vaccine injuries..

They have a bunch of complaints because everyone pretty much ignored their attempted propaganda.

The hearsay evidence piece is interesting because they want to enter peer reviewed articles. @ProfTimNoakes must be having a breakdown 🤣

Yes, Aseem makes the mistake of having his study peer reviewed by Pandata entered into evidence. He is going to have to try remember what it says in court.

The other one they use is this one.. Any thoughts anyone?

They stay clear of bringing Ivermectin into things until Anton Janse Van Rensburg shares how he gives Ivermectin for the patients he believes are injured by the vaccines.

I think he is the same guy specialising in cannabis as medicine?

Aah found the acxount of @SJschmidt963

Glad you guys took the dive.

What I want to know is who amongst you believe Ivermectin works? Please don't answer all at once?

And the proud guy making the good money.

You will find the whole usual antivax dummy narrative on the timeline of @mareolivier. Naturally she is in the Ivermectin bandwagon. And everyone else are "corrupt bastards"..

Btw @DJEloff What is the implications if you make up stupid lies in your affidavit and it is shown as such in court. Also if you repetitively compulsively lie like @DrAseemMalhotra

Dont you think it's is going to make it tough for you?

And if you have such a strong case, why are you already praying so hard for a sympathetic ear? #justwondering

A few special people get special mention...

What a bunch of idiotic own goals. Why would they include the clear fruitcakes I'm legal proceedings.

Imagine how it is going to go when the fruitcake no1 (Aseem) has his opinion piece pulled apart and these claims by fruitcake no2 (Thorpe) considered.

Ouch!

I guess the study by @VikiLovesFACS may make its way to a South African court if this case does.

The problem with narrative based evidence is that when the evidence arrives outside the narrative there is no turning back for those vested in their propaganda.
