In 2/23 @Kevin_McKernan CSO of Medicinal Genomics, was deep sequencing @moderna_tx & @pfizer bivalent booster vaccines & made an unexpected discovery: the bivalent booster samples were contaminated with DNA that contained the Spike protein gene/1 straighttalkmd.com/episodes/kevin…
Self-replicating DNA plasmids containing the spike protein gene are an integral part of the manufacturing process to make the MRNA vaccines. @Kevin_McKernan repeated the sequencing on several vials of @pfizer monovalent vaccine using multiple different measuring tools/2
and arrived at the same result: Plasmid DNA with the Spike gene contaminating the vaccine. To date, neither @US_FDA nor @CDCgov have addressed these findings. Today, I interview @Kevin_McKernan on @StraightTalkMD to discuss his findings & what they mean. #Plasmidgate.

@RenzTom: @moderna_tx @pfizer @CDCDirector and @US_FDA have ignored notification there is robust evidence of DNA with spike protein gene (Plasmid DNA) contaminating the mRNA monovalent and bivalent vaccines. Unfortunately, our elected USG representatives r also silent.@RandPaul
Contrast current @US_FDA and @CDCDirector response to DNA contamination mRNA vaccines with DNA contamination of Rotarix vaccine 5/2010: nature.com/articles/nm051…
From FDA 7/27/21: “The fear that components from the cell substrate could induce cancer in vaccine recipients was the main reason that tumorigenic cells were originally prohibited for vaccine manufacture in the 1950s”/1
“Several expert panels have concluded that the major concerns with using these types of cells are the potential presence of adventitious agents and the unavoidable presence of small quantities of residual cell substrate DNA in vaccines./2 fda.gov/vaccines-blood…
The pertinent aspect is that Plasmid DNA used in the manufacturing process of mRNA vaccine will act in the role of “cell substrate” in the current research. The effects of plasmid DNA contamination in the vaccine is currently unknown. It needs to be vigorously investigated.
“The potential risk from DNA comes from its known biological activities: cell-substrate DNA may encode an infectious genome (the infectivity activity of DNA), and DNA may encode dominant activated oncogenes that could transform the vaccine recipient’s cells to become cancerous”/3
