In 2/23 @Kevin_McKernan CSO of Medicinal Genomics, was deep sequencing @moderna_tx & @pfizer bivalent booster vaccines & made an unexpected discovery: the bivalent booster samples were contaminated with DNA that contained the Spike protein gene/1 straighttalkmd.com/episodes/kevin… Self-replicating DNA plasmids containing the spike protein gene are an integral part of the manufacturing process to make the MRNA vaccines. @Kevin_McKernan repeated the sequencing on several vials of @pfizer monovalent vaccine using multiple different measuring tools/2
