How does it work? It’s simple.
The strategy works with the following flows.
1. $USDC is allocated to strategy
2. Portion of USDC is deposited to AAVE and used as collateral to borrow $ETH
3. Remaining USDC is paired with ETH to create an LP on Camelot
4. $GRAIL will be auto-compounded
5. $xGRAIL will be auto-staked for boosting USDC/ETH LP position
✅ Notable Things 1️⃣
Okay, so here's the deal with active management: we keep a close eye on something called the Debt Ratio.
If it gets outside of some threshold, our smart contracts will automatically make changes to keep things in place.
In LP positions, impermanent loss(IL) gets exponentially larger the more prices move away from the entered position.
Our active management helps you to stay within the range where IL is minimized and earn even more rewards from the trading fees + liquidity rewards.

So, once we've got this role set up, we have to make sure we've got some trustworthy keepers to keep an eye on things and make sure our delta-neutral plans are a success.
We use @chainlink Automation as keepers to make sure everything runs smoothly and we get the most out of our plans.
That way, we can constantly adjust things and get the best returns for our users.

Our launch is set for April 19th, and we only got limited funds with caps. The cap is gonna flex depending on how things are going.
