Deputy at the jail said he thought there were eight people in custody. The charge is criminal trespassing. They likely will be booked and released. None of this is final, as a caveat, but what a deputy with the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff’s Office said. @daily_montanan
Paul Kim, who was detained at the Capitol, is the first out of jail. He said he thinks there are six others from the Capitol there with him. He said they all face a criminal trespassing charge and are being booked and released.
