Construction has begun on Ramky's mixed-use project near Uppal Stadium which will host Genpact's new campus!

Excavation work is in progress on NSL's skyscraper residential project near Uppal Stadium, the first skyscraper project outside West Hyderabad :

NSL has also proposed future commercial space with a 5-star hotel in its masterplan.

This is Infosys' largest campus (447 acres). Existing Phase 1 already has ~22,000 employees (TNIE).

There isn't a lot of scope for IT dev. outside Infosys as Raheja has scaled back its Mindspace Pocharam plan (Given to 3rd party for residential dev).
Quite a few residential projects & some retail are coming up but at a smaller scale than Uppal.
