Thread of equipment losses currently displayed at a show in Kharkiv.

First is a destroyed Russian T-80BVM with KMT-6 mine plough. This appears to be a previously undocumented 200th Motorised Rifle Brigade loss.

2/

Two destroyed Russian GAZ Tigr-M. One might be a loss from Balakliia, but I'm not sure about the second.

Note that almost all Z markings seen on this and other equipment in the show were painted by Ukrainians.

3/

Two destroyed Russian BTR-80. These do not match any ground footage of BTR-80 losses, but they could be from Velyki Prokhody, Kharkiv Oblast.

Unfortunately, almost all Velyki Prokhody losses still don't have ground footage.

4/

Destroyed KamAZ-53949 'Linza.'

This is most likely a documented loss. ukr.warspotting.net/view/8863

5/

Destroyed Russian MT-LB.

This is a documented loss from Mala Rohan, Kharkiv Oblast.

6/

Destroyed T-64BV. This does not match any known ground footage and could be a Ukrainian loss.

7/

Destroyed Russian R-149MA1. This appears to be the documented loss from Tsyrkuny, Kharkiv Oblast.

8/

One captured and one destroyed Russian BTR-80. Neither of these losses appear to be previously documented.

9/

Destroyed Russian MT-LB or MT-LBVM/K.

I haven't been able to match this to any losses, but it's also difficult due to the "display" on the top of the hull.

10/

Another destroyed MT-LB with a "display."

I don't know if this is a documented loss or not.

11/

Destroyed Russian R-149MA1 (erroneously called a "BTR-70 KShM").

This appears to be a documented loss from Bezruky, Kharkiv Oblast.

12/

Destroyed T-72B.

This loss does not match any existing ground footage.

13/

Damaged and captured BTR-82A.

I discussed this loss here:

14/

Destroyed Russian T-72B Obr. 1989.

This loss does not match any existing ground footage.

15/

Destroyed Russian T-72B3 and MT-LB.

Neither of these losses match any existing ground footage, but the views are limited.

16/

Destroyed 9P149 'Shturm-S' that was converted to an MT-LB used for a film.

17/

Destroyed BMP-2

The bend in the barrel does not match any existing ground footage.

18/

Destroyed Russian 2S3 'Akatsiya.'

This loss does not match any existing ground footage.

19/

Destroyed Russian 2S1 'Gvozdika.'

This is a documented loss.

22/

Destroyed MT-LB.

This loss does not match any existing ground footage.

23/

Two destroyed Russian BTR-82A. These are from the Kamyanka collection point and have yet to be added to WarSpotting and Oryx.

The T-80BV turret is too limited of a view to match.

24/

Destroyed Russian MT-LB.

This is a documented loss from Verkhnia Rohanka, Kharkiv Oblast.

25/

Two destroyed Russian MT-LBVM/K.

I haven't matched these to any losses due to the limited views.

26/

Destroyed Russian BMP-2.

This is a documented loss from Pytomnyk, Kharkiv Oblast.

27/

Destroyed Russian 2S3 'Akatsiya.'

This is a documented loss from close to Izyum, Kharkiv Oblast.

The turret of T-80BVM № 736, one of the first documented equipment losses of the invasion.

In conclusion, shows displaying destroyed equipment without any context is both frustrating and disappointing to see, especially when many can't be matched to ground footage.

Hopefully photos from places like Velyki Prokhody will appear sometime in the future.
