This count specifically includes all equipment losses since 10 May 2024 documented in the two northern districts of Kharkiv Oblast (Kharkiv Raion and Chuhuiv Raion), as well as Belgorod Oblast in Russia.

Note that the Russian BMP-1 below was not included because it was possibly lost before 10 May 2024. Also, the Ural-4320 destroyed near the BMP-2s was lost in 2023.
I've compiled equipment loss numbers for the Battle of Kyiv west of the Dnipro River, something that hasn't been tabulated until now.
Below is a chart showing confirmed losses for each side. The "+" numbers indicate possible equipment losses that can't be 100% confirmed. 2/

Note that my methodology differs from Oryx and WarSpotting in that I have only counted destroyed and captured equipment.

20th CAA BMP-1 thread.
No units of the 20th Combined Arms Army were known to be using BMP-1 IFVs at the beginning of the invasion, but there have been multiple sightings of 20th CAA marked BMP-1s this past month.

The appearance of BMP-1s with the 20th CAA implies that they are using older equipment to replace losses. This thread will attempt to document all cases I've seen.

How β 480 of the 4th Guards Tank Division, a T-80U decorated with the Russian flag, ended up parading in Kyiv.
1/4 Pre-invasion
Images 1 and 2 show β 480 in its regular camouflage, while images 3 and 4, dating to 21 February 2022, show the tank with winter camouflage. 2/4 Invasion
β 480 ends up being captured by tractors somewhere in Sumy Oblast, Ukraine.
