It's here! Well - almost.
#Cardano's #ProjectCatalyst Testnet is coming soon to computers near you. Here's a quick thread about it and what to expect next.
Come explore with me below and let's dive in.

Firstly, to re-orient, the Catalyst team started sharing the information about upcoming changes to tech stack within the context of Catalyst few weeks ago. Namely, ideas around Deployability and Auditability. You can catch the original thread here to catch up:
3/
Which brings us an opportunity now to introduce the Catalyst Testnet from concept into reality. You can catch the entire video presentation delivered by @SJCatalyst , Catalyst lead architect, at Town Hall here:

4/
Steve goes in a great interactive mode to explain how the testnet is going to be organized and which elements will interact which each other.
This is the high level diagram overview.
5/
The plan is to deploy 5 environments in such a way that allow the Catalyst team together with the community to test and iterate safely and predictably. Goal is then to start deploying features into a live production only after having community to test drive them first.
6/
Number of Catalyst Testnet elements are already in flight and team has started their first deployment and testing.
7/
And this is what's ahead of us yet to be tackled.
8/
Now picture this for a moment - what if you could run a local instance of Catalyst directly on the laptop? Would that be cool?
Well - perhaps soon.
9/
Happy to share that this is the current tentative timeline ahead of us in terms of what the Catalyst team is currently targeting for deployment.
Hope you're as excited as we are.
10.
That's 'it' for now. 👀
To wrap up, we'd love you to come chat with me & @SJCatalyst , @michaelpmcnulty , @krissbaird & others already this Friday at 3:30PM UTC.
Let's be explore it further together.
Looking forward seeing/hearing you there.💛
