Our Breakfast Club has helped serve almost 20,000 breakfasts to students across the 4 campuses, operating 8.30am to 9.30am, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays ecsa.scot/breakfastclub

We had 226 nominations submitted for 109 individual staff members in our Big Student Thank You Awards, recognising the incredible work of teaching and support staff across the College

We celebrated our 10th Birthday in style with a snazzy new rebranding, a new online merch shop on #RedBubble and, most importantly, shared a whole load of free cake with students (more than 250 slices to be precise!) 🥳

We celebrated our birthday with a series of student competitions. We had 67 entries in our 10 Student Stories comp, & the very talented Jeanne Magloire blew us away by winning the Anniversary Art Comp with "Self portrait in the busy college campus"

Throughout the year, we have engaged with hundreds of students across the campuses through our awareness & diversity events, including #IWD23 Hidden Disabilities Awareness #IDAHOBIT Mental Health Awareness and #Pride events

We recorded our best elections turnout for years with over 1000 voters across 4 days and a new team of Skye, Luna, and Jon elected for 2023-24

We launched our own #Discord channel to create a safe, fun, interactive online space for students to congregate, organise, and meet other students. 12 Student Societies established and organised on Discord so far!

We've been working on refreshing our Student Mental Health Agreement with the help of colleagues from across the @edinburghcoll & @thinkposNUS as well as running lots of mental wellbeing activities

Through our ♻️Go Green Hubs, we have managed to divert 11 metric tonnes of food & clothing waste and redistribute it for free to our students. Our officers have also continued to represent students at local and national climate strikes & rallies
