I have no idea whether Francesca Gina is a victim of whistleblower persecution or is the subject of a genuine fraud investigation.
But I do know that this is COVID propaganda.

This story has taken a bizarre turn in that a twitter account linked to @microbiomdigest and the #muttoncrew is claiming to have been involved in the takedown of Gino and is now getting sued...
And they raised $275,000.
