Even government ballistic experts found that at least 6 Maidan protesters were killed & 10 wounded from Hotel Ukraina & other Maidan-controlled buildings or areas. Prosecution didn't use ballistic experts to determine locations of shooters of absolute majority of protesters. 10/
Forensic medical examinations determined that almost all protesters were shot from steep angle from the side or back directions. They match Maidan-controlled buildings & not Berkut police on the ground facing protesters. 11/
