We landed a massive win against the Biden Administration yesterday for its blatant censorship of free speech on social media platforms.

Some notable quotes from the Court’s order ->

Here the Court notes that the feds engaged in a “broad pressure campaign designed to coerce social media companies into suppressing content disfavored by the government”

Here the Court points out that Joe Biden’s staff used the power of his Office to coerce media companies into censoring speech

The Court noted that the White House’s threats were both “explicit and subtle”

Couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

The White House violated the First Amendment. Repeatedly.

The Court notes that Joe Biden’s WH had “plans to punish” social media platforms if they refused to censor speech

The Court also explicitly called out the FBI for using its law enforcement authority to pressure content moderation and the change of social media policies

Remember, the FBI worked to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story during the 2020 election.

The Court notes that there has rarely ever been a “coordinated campaign of this magnitude orchestrated by federal officials that jeopardized a fundamental aspect of American life”

The Court agrees with Missouri that the feds “had the intended result of suppressing millions of protected free speech postings by American citizens.”

Which is why, the Court found, this injunction extends beyond just those who brought the suit; it benefits all social media users.

Our team will continue to construct this wall of separation between tech and state.

Yesterday’s ruling was one more brick laid in that foundation.

Your First Amendment rights are not up for debate.
