Danielle Smith broke a MAJOR promise announcing her intent to steal from the CPP and illegally create an APP.

This is part of her “Free Alberta Strategy”; a document focused on ushering in Alberta separation.

Let’s look at what her dangerous plan entails:

1. The Alberta Sovereignty Act

This act attempted to illegally circumvent the Canadian Constitution by claiming Danielle had more power than the federal gov’t on taxation, pipeline approvals and environmental laws.

Danielle was forced to water this her original act.

2. The “Equalization Termination and Tax Collection Act” would see Alberta ILLEGALLY collect federal taxes

It would create an “Alberta Revenue Agency” and use laws to force banks, cities and private businesses to give federal taxes to UcP controlled coffers.

3. “Opting Out” of Federal Programs

Smith wants to to stop collecting transfer payments for Health Care and Public Education while creating her own CPP and EI plan.

We already saw her so called “pension plan” that uses a false premises that we “own” 53% of CPP assets. 🤥

4. Take control over international trade talks from the federal gov’t

This plan sees Danielle Smith usurping the federal government by engaging in her own international negotiations related to trade and market access.

Does anyone trust Danielle to negotiate on our behalf??

5. Make up our own federal laws

Danielle wants a “Alberta Judicial independence Act” which sees her

- Choose judges for federal courts
- Create a tax court to ignore the CRA

Danielle ALREADY interfered with a street preacher’s court hearing - so this has MAJOR CONCERNS

Danielle Smith is NOT operating in her capacity of an Alberta Premier; she is ACTIVELY working to undermine democracy and Canadian confederation.

We CAN NOT allow Danielle Smith to slowly force her secret agenda upon Albertans.

6. The “Alberta Independent Banking Act”

Danielle would ultimately see regulatory control over ALL federally regulated banks in Alberta; she’d DEMAND they IGNORE federal regulations and encourage private ownership of new financial institutions.
