Experiment- When you are home alone. I want you to take out a mirror or even a recording device (Phone Is Fine) and randomly walk around the house while either glancing at the mirror/phone as you walk . You will spot a shadowy figure.

They are always there.

Having a upstairs home is a plus. The figures show up in your blind spots. This is why you use your phone or mirror to offset that disadvantage. This is how you catch them. Because if you rely on your eyes alone without any assistance they will always be just out of view.

Using the mirror/phone as you walk forward while focusing on what is behind you through the phone/mirror is the preferred method here. Do it casually as if this is not the primary goal and be nonchalant about it. Do this whenever you get the chance consistently.

You will see.

Sometimes these figures are physical.

Sometimes they rush at you and dissipate.

Sometimes they make a unnerving noise because you spotted them.

Sometimes if you try to approach they remain in view.

So be mindful. Be vigilant. Be careful.

So as you can see these figures at times appear when you are looking in a recording device.

This is when they assume you are distracted and not aware of their presence.

Take advantage of that and use your phone to catch them.
