This is a heavily redacted (for privacy) and translated version of Tate’s indictment. It summarizes the charges and gives a general idea of why they were charged. It’s 14 pages.
The prosecutor has evidence of the accusations made here, and that evidence is summarized in the full 480 page (after translation) indictment.
Those summaries reference the various 75 volumes that make up their case files, and contain additional evidence and information, as I explained in yesterday’s space.
We plan to share that document once the trial starts, and sensitive information is fully redacted for everyone’s privacy.

DIICOT meticulously documented everything, including transcripts of Andrew’s videos that are being used as evidence, WhatsApp and text messages taken off the defendant’s devices, audio messages sent by the defendants, witness and victim statements, and even War Room content.
In addition to the evidence summaries in the full indictment, each volume from that image above is labeled with information regarding what’s in it.
For example, volumes 38 - 40 are the relevant results from extracting data from Andrew’s computer. They have them in Romanian and English languages when necessary.
Volume 70 includes financial information and transactions.
The Tates have both said there are no financials in their case. That’s a lie. It’s in Volume 70 and summarized in multiple places in the indictment.
Volume 75 is the translation and transcribed videos / content taken from the War Room chats.
Yes, an entire volume is dedicated to War Room content.
Volume 46 is where Tristan’s damning audio message and other texts are transcribed.
This is where he discusses “slaving” the cam girls in 2020 and putting their content on OnlyFans without their knowledge or consent. I’ve also attached that conversation here in the 3rd image.
