The @HouseAdmin Committee is trickling out blurred footage. They recently released West Dome Camera 0903. Here are some interesting finds:

Although they say they are now releasing entire cameras, the House Admin Committee has withheld footage from the early morning hours of January 6.

This includes gaps from between 12:40 a.m. and 1 a.m., and between 1:20 a.m. and 2:20 a.m.

Here is the minute before the 12:40 gap:

Immediately following the hour long gap between 1:20 and 2:20, the Capitol Police Command Center used camera 0903 to follow a white box truck. Then they zoomed in on people walking on the National Mall and in a parking lot on the west side of the Capitol.

At 2:54 a.m., the Capitol Police Command Center used Camera 0903 to zoom in on two trucks pulling what appear to be construction or tactical operations command center trailers. These trailers circled around the Capitol toward an unknown destination.

At 3:57 a.m. on January 6, the Capitol Police Command Center again zoomed in on large white trailers - possibly the same ones as before - passing near the Capitol.

As the clock strikes 4 a.m., camera 0903 continues following the white trailers, which have escort vehicles, as they circle back around the south side of the Capitol, and the head east, the direction they had just come from.

At about 4:30 a.m. on January 6, the parking lot near the Peace Circle begins to fill up with vehicles and people. The Capitol Police Command Center zoomed in on the activity.

At 4:40 a.m., Camera 0903 continued to zoom in on people getting in and out of vehicles at the Peace Circle, where Ray Epps would run past police just hours later.

At 5:14 a.m., the Capitol Police Command Center again scanned the activity in the parking lot by the Peace Circle.

At 5:18 a.m. on January 6, an all-white bus matching the 'ghost bus' picture that

questioned FBI Director Wray about, passed near the Capitol, and was followed by Camera 0903.

For reference, here is the 'ghost bus' @RepClayHiggins pointed out to Director Wray. It seems to match the white bus that passed by the Capitol during the 5 a.m. hour, and was tracked by USCP Camera 0903.

Here's the 'ghost bus' again just after 5:20 a.m. It seems to have been circling the Capitol and dropping individuals off at different locations.

At 5:45, an individual walks up to the barricades at the Peace Circle walkway. Camera 0903 is completely zoomed out but I've digitally zoomed in. The individual is here for about 13 minutes, which I've sped to 30 seconds. The the individual attaches a 'Trump Won' sign to the barricades. Immediately, Camera 0903 pans away.

Here's what the final seconds of that looks like in the original at normal speed. This is just before 6 a.m.

At 6:13 a.m., Camera 0903 zooms in on some other people approaching the sign. For the next few minutes, they chat with uniformed police. Then police escort someone in plain clothes through the fence.

Shortly after 6:40 a.m., the Capitol Police Command Center becomes very interested in a Fire Truck from Louisiana that parked near the Peace Circle. They keep an eye on it for more than half an hour.

At 7:58 a.m. the Capitol Police Command Center zoomed in on activity at the Washington Monument. Az seen in this video, the line to get into the Ellipse area was already stretching for blocks, so many chose to instead stay near the monument.

Just after 8 a.m., Camera 0903 turned towards one of the columns on the dome, appears to activate a windshield wiper function, and then temporarily gets a blue screen, before turning back towards the Washington Monument.

Let's back up just a bit. At about 7:15 a.m., Camera 0903 stopped snooping on the fire truck and zoomed back out. During this time, a group had been assembling the gallows. This group walked away from the gallows shortly after 7:15 a.m.

Between 8:40 and 9 a.m., US Capitol Police used camera 0903 to zoom in on substantial activity around the Capitol, including a group of Chinese Americans marching for Trump, and police interacting with people. Unfortunately, the zoomed in sections have been blurred by Congress.

Shortly after 10:20, Camera 0903 again shuts down, runs the windshield wiper routine, and restarts.

At about 10:42 a.m., Capitol Police used camera 0903 to capture there first view of the group of Proud Boys on the National Mall, as well as the crowd size near the Ellipse.

At 10:53 a.m., Camera 0903 zooms in on a group of people who are already gathering at the west wall between the two walkways leading up to the Capitol.

At 10:58 a.m., Capitol Police began tracking the large group of Proud Boys walking towards the Capitol on the National Mall.

At 11:16, the Proud Boys gathered to pray in the Maryland Walkway circle. The January 6 trials have shown us that many in this group were FBI informants.

At about 11:20 a.m., the Proud Boys continued their walk.@PamHemphill79 was at the front of the group filming, but unfortunately, Pam has never yet released her full footage from January 6. Pam repeatedly asked the PBs to help her storm the Capitol like she had done in Idaho.

Just after noon, Camera 0903 tilted down from the top of the dome across the ominous grey skies towards the Washington Monument where President Trump had just began speaking.

At 12:07, Capitol Police zoomed in on some of the people who had begun gathering at the west wall during Trump's speech.

At 12:12, Camera 0903 focuses in on the line of food trucks, where Proud Boys went for lunch. Ironically, this is outside the federal courthouse where many PBs have since faced trial, and where some of these PBs, who are FBI informants, have testified against them.

At 12:36 p.m., Camera 0903 catches Sam Andrews' group in front of the Peace Circle gates. In mid-December, before Trump announced January 6, Andrews (who during Ferguson claimed he worked intel operations in a three letter agency) called for 500k armed men to come to Washington.
