I just filed a supplement to my selective prosecution motion. This filing provides 17 videos exhibits including never before seen CCTV from 15th and Constitution showing Ray Epps and Megan Paradise repeatedly inducing the crowd to go to the Capitol. These videos show Ray Epps repeatedly going through the crowds on the morning of January 6, telling complete strangers to go to the Capitol.

Let's do a mini thread on some of the people caught with guns and other weapons on January 5 and 6 who you've probably never heard of. You'll be surprised to find that many received far lighter sentences than most January 6 defendants 🧵 Image First up is Thomas Gronek from North Carolina who was on the Hippies for Trump bus that got pulled over on January 5. Gronek brought a pink Ruger 10/22 rifle, with 275 rounds of .22 ammo, and a black 9mm Springfield handgun with 31 rounds of ammo. Gronek was detained until February 18, 2021. On April 1, 2022, his felony charge was pled down to misdemeanor attempted carry. Gronek was sentenced to time served (about a month and a half) and a $50 fine.Image

Is it normal to be operating a baby stroller and a K-9 at the same time? What exactly did those CIA K-9 teams on January 6 look like? Here's some more footage of our stroller K-9 unit at about 3:20 p.m. (as seen on camera 0942 - digitally enlarged). She seemed to be walking back and forth through the crowd, and stopped to talk with another dog handler.

I have filed a motion to compel the government to identify active-duty FBI employees who were in the crowd at the Capitol with former FBI Liaison to Capitol Police John Guandolo on January 6.

🧵Time For Another January 6 CCTV Thread

This time I'll be exploring 24 hours of Dome Camera 0906, which face South - the direction of the RNC and DNC pipe bombs. Brace yourself for more interesting finds and more Congressionally blurred footage. Let's start at midnight - January 6 has just begun. Unfortunately, camera 0906 is either out of focus for several hours, or has been intentionally blurred by Congress. Because of that, we don't have crisp details of what happened in the middle of the night.

🧵Part 2
More than two million people have already viewed my thread on Camera 0903, which shows strange activity in the middle of the night and morning, but I've only gotten through ~noon on January 6. To avoid clutter, this thread will cover the second part of the day. At about 12:40 p.m. on January 6, Camera 0903 is zoomed in on a sidewalk area. Congress has intentionally blurred this footage to hide the details of who the people moving through here were.

🧵Thread on January 6 Capitol Police Camera 0903

The @HouseAdmin Committee is trickling out blurred footage. They recently released West Dome Camera 0903. Here are some interesting finds: Image Although they say they are now releasing entire cameras, the House Admin Committee has withheld footage from the early morning hours of January 6.

This includes gaps from between 12:40 a.m. and 1 a.m., and between 1:20 a.m. and 2:20 a.m.

Here is the minute before the 12:40 gap:

Those claiming no undercovers incited the crowd on January 6 are wacko conspiracy theorists. Officer Tomasula's GoPro video shows him repeatedly urging people up the steps. MPD Detectives Leiva and Callahan went up too and met with Proud Boys like #TowerPup before he went inside. Video recorded by Tomasula and Leiva remains sealed by the court. Video recorded by Callahan has not been produced in discovery - MPD claims he had no recording device even though video shows him filming.

The above montage was clipped from public video:

THREAD ON THE J6 TAPES
Some Advice for @SpeakerJohnson and the @HouseGOP.

It's good that the Capitol CCTV footage is finally being released, but your release has some problems that need fixed. Here is some helpful feedback 🧵 1. Don't censor, blur, or omit anything. The entire video truth of J6 needs to be available to the American public. Also, anything you blur or cut out will lead to conspiracy theories about what Republicans are trying to hide. Years from now, historians will still be critical!

I have filed a response to the government's opposition to my motion to compel production. My latest filing evidences relevance to my case by showing that undercover MPD detained Antifa who were conspiring with John Sullivan, and that bodycams are missing.

Image Video recorded by antifa who conspired with John Sullivan show new undercover police the government has not produced information about in discovery.

This 22 year old J6er died two weeks after his arrest. I have not been able to confirm cause of death, but several J6ers have already been lost to suicide. The obituary for Nejourde Meachum, age 22, an entirely peaceful J6er who died two weeks after he was charged with four misdemeanors.

I have filed a motion to compel the government to produce all materials related to undercover police at the Capitol on January 6, and to produce missing police body camera recordings. This motion presents new evidence of illicit behavior by undercover police at the Capitol. Image Police bodycams are important to January 6 defenses because they reveal real-time candid assessments.

My motion includes an exhibit of Officer Joseph Young’s recording that captures Officer Pittmon assessing that police had “fucked this shit all the way up.”

Too bad the FBI didn't get any January 6 intel from their former "informational and operational asset" Doug Hagmann, who had 140+ people inside and around the Capitol on January 6. Image After 9/11 Doug Hagmann formed the Northeast Intelligence Network. The team included Hagmann and Randy Taylor, who both told some of their 140+ people at the Capitol on January 6 to "breach the chambers."

The government just filed their opposition to the Press Coalition's intervention in my case which moves to make all Capitol CCTV footage from January 6 public. Image The government argues the law isn't clear whether the Press Coalition has a right to intervene and challenge government sensitivity designations. It seems we are breaking new ground. Image

In my latest J6 case filing, I dissected the new sworn declaration from USCP Counsel Thomas DiBiase. He claims Republicans in Congress now have access to 41,057 hours of CCTV. However, his statement indicates Capitol Police are withholding thousands of hours of CCTV from… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… I also point out the DiBiase has declared that it was the FBI, not Capitol Police that first requested the protective order on USCP CCTV, which prevents defendants from having full access, and keeps it from being seen by the American people.

Maybe January 6 was Russia! At least that was one of the threats (No. 11) being tracked by the FBI on the morning of January 6. But why are numbers 5, 9, and 10 completely blacked out? And if the FBI had intel on the Proud Boys, why didn't govinfo.gov/content/pkg/GP…… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… LMAO a plot to storm the FBI. Who was the congressional staffer who reported this?

Why does @SpeakerMcCarthy need to conduct another security assessment of the January 6 footage before he releases it to the public?

An assessment was already finished by March 2021, and Capitol Police attested that less than 17 hours were considered "security information." Image The General Counsel for Capitol Police, Thomas A. DiBiase, swore that there were less than 17 hours of "security information" in the video.

He swore this under penalty of perjury! ImageImage

“If confirmed, I will supervise the prosecution of white supremacists and others who stormed the Capitol on January 6"
- Merrick Garland

Actually, Mr. Garland is prosecuting me because I once was the only white man living in an all-black town and I played on their baseball team. @JanaUC Mr. Garland also wants to send me to prison for 30 years because I once worked for the National Park Service at African-American history sites.

In advance of my status hearing tomorrow, I submitted a written update to the court regarding continued discovery access issues. I still cannot access more than 99% of evidence.

This filing includes additional arguments for why my motion seeking access should be granted. This filing also addresses the intense public concern about the undercover police officers who incited the crowd at the Capitol. The government has been hiding this video from the American people for more than two years. I have asked Judge Contreras to release it.

🧵 For J6 attorney Brad Geyer's filing on the fed-saturated Salt and Light Brigade read this thread:
Let's fill in another chapter: 'antifa propaganda'

On January 7, the day after noting he had 140+ people inside and around the Capitol and ordering them on air to "breach the chambers," Doug Hagmann shifted the narrative to blame J6 on antifa.

A must follow January 6 account is defense attorney Brad Geyer @FormerFeds. He was one of the first to question the involvement of suspicious actors, and his digging into the role of the Salt and Light Brigade is an important and classic read: Geyer went in depth on the long running provocateur activities of Dave Daubenmire and his Salt and Light Brigade that played a major role in how events unfolded on the east side of the Capitol.
