"Where is the Baltic Fleet atm?"

Given that no-one (?) keeps track of this I will make a tactical* attempt to answer it partly.

First indication, Kronstadt had lots of ice Mar 3, cleared by Mar 6. Cant tell earlier, too much clouds.

Second attempt. Baltiysk housed three larger ships (I think warships) Feb 1 but not Mar 7. Several still left.

Might be fewer smaller ships too in old north port and along south modern pier, but too hard to see.

Third indication. The protective boom is open, but it has been since early February (at least during the few sat passes where one can spot it.)

We can also see that the docks are more empty now than earlier (back to Jan). Seasonal?

Fourth, AIS. There has been tug and oiler activity last days. Mind you, marinetraffic interface and data is buggy and pic is not complete.

Fifth. Four of the last eight days Swedish Airforce has flown incident mission with the S100D Argus AEW&C platform focused on Kaliningrad/Baltiysk.

Feb 29, Mar 1, 5 and 7.

These incident missions are much more common in February and March 2024 than usual.

Nah, I cant answer where they are. But there does seem to be some activity, possibly heightened. If one keeps at it one would be able to say if this is normal picture or not. Unfortunately I dont know normal levels.

So this was a rather pointless exercise by yours truly.

*The tactical part is that where I am wrong I count on internet know-betters to correct me =)
