#OSINT
A video snippet in the Oscar-winning documentary "20 Days in Mariupol" shows a child's anorak blowing in a tree.
@TomatkaP points out that the same image was shown 8 years ago in a video about the children of Donbass.
The video in question is from December 2015 to the music "Игрушки" by Артём Гришанов. Cool song imo.
The slightly longer original "Toys for Poroshenko" video is a period document worth seeing and can be found here:

The same video snippet was also used by Ukrainian TV. The place Horlivka is mentioned, but this place changed the front line several times. The Ukrainian report apparently appeared in 2019. However, the photo is located in a folder labeled 2014.
But the pink anorak also appears in a report on Amnesty International that uses a clip from EuroNews showing the date November 15, 2014.
The search for Horlivka in November 2014 eventually leads to a Sputnik news report showing the same pink anorak.

Finally, even the pro-Maidan infowarriors of InformNapalm confirm that Horlivka was clearly under the control of the “separatists” in November 2014.
It must be said, however, that this Oscar-winning documentary is misleading on many levels. For example, it shows an Ukrainian missile launched in the middle of Kiev and the commentary claims the Russians are shelling civilians.
Right from the start, the commentary claims that there are hundreds of patients and dozens of doctors in hospital.
The photographer, who was also the cameraman for the documentary, published numerous photos of a handful of doctors and empty hallways.
The most famous face of the attack on the maternity hospital, Marianna, had described how she had to move from hospital #2 because Azov had set up camp in that hospital. This was always disputed but the documentary shows numerous Azov fighters in and around the hospital.
Even the introductory sentence “Russia has already tried to take Mariupol once” is misleading. The barricades that were ran over by Azov tanks, the unarmed demonstrators that were gunned down by Azov, these were citizens of Mariupol.
Then there is this woman who talks about destruction and looting. In the context of the film you think she's talking about the Russians, but they weren't even there yet. In addition, the woman with the bag will not have passed the front line.
Witness Marianna was severely attacked in 2022 because first she went home to Donezk and second she said in an interview that she did not hear a plane. The soundtrack of the documentary proves her right.
The documentary portrays the situation in Mariupol as if it was Russia that blocked the evacuation of civilians.
"Say thank you for not being shot" said this Azov guy.
There is more to say about this Oscar documentary, the Theater bombing and what the documentary is not telling but another day another thread.
