The Baltic GPS Jammer is in Kaliningrad.

Fourth proof, refined dataset, second method.

Jammer seems to be stationary or atleast always on land.

Animated over time: radio horizons of the positions where planes first encounter the jammer.

Kaliningrad, Russia outlined.

For background on data see previous post or "method auonsson" in search.

We are using calculated radio horizon circles to triangulate the jammer.

Somewhere along the circle the jammer is. Where they most often intersect is the highest propability of location.

Obviously you have to imagine one of the little men a Russian electronic warfare machine and the other a high flying airliner.

This does not fit very well with the large concentration of circles east of Kaliningrad.

I think the explanation is the concentration of aircrafts in Suwalki gap and around Vilnius, ie very close, and that the jammer runs in lower power for that direction.

That makes my circles too big given that they are calculated on an assumption of max power.

We have previosly seen how the jammer can be directional and I think that is what is in play here.

Further along this line, the last week the Jammer has occassionally ran in a low power configutation only affecting planes in the immediate vicinity, mainly Gdansk.

This part is still preliminary data. Stay tuned.

Again, I want to encourage others to test my hypothesises. While I believe I am in very sound waters, more eyes are better.
Someone who could try a completely different method?
Someone who could do a proper stat testing of the results?

Lest anyone misunderstands, the circles are not the affected area.
This map shows all the points used for the center of these circles and the historic max reach of Baltic Jammer (polygon line)

In case anyone doubts that NATO knows exactly where, what, how and why this jammer is?
