IMPORTANT—Media & the public are encouraged to attend one of the most significant legal cases in the world right now:

Pfizer vs. We The People

May 1, 2024 @ 2pm CST in Beaumont, TX oral arguments will take place between Pfizer, DOJ & Pfizer Whistleblower @IamBrookJackson

1/🧵

Why is this case so important?

This case has the potential to undo the liability immunity that’s protecting Pfizer from being sued by those injured by their products.

2/🧵

Here’s a timeline of what happened after Brook Jackson blew the whistle

3/🧵

It’s worth noting that in 2020/2021 @IamBrookJackson thought the fraud was specific to Pfizer, so she opted to get Moderna’s C•19 shot. However, but she later learned that the same type of fraud that occurred in Pfizer’s trials also occurred in Moderna’s clinical trials.

4/🧵

The British Medical Journal hired Award-winning investigative journalist @thackerpd to investigate the fraud Brook Jackson witnessed while overseeing multiple Pfizer clinical trial sites.

The BMJ report confirmed the whistleblower’s claims.

Whistleblower Brook Jackson has two of the best attorneys in the country representing her: Robert Barnes @barnes_law & Warner Mendenhall @MendenhallFirm are currently working pro-bono against the Pfizer’s attorneys backed by the billion dollar corporation.

6/🧵

On the opposing side: Pfizer’s Lead Attorney from DLA Piper, Carlton Wessel, & DOJ Trial Attorney, Erin Colleran (Ironically Colleran was in charge of overseeing regulations at the FDA at the time the fraud occurred in Pfizer’s clinical trial & failed to investigate it.

7/🧵

So why is the DOJ on the opposing side? After on-going litigation over the last 3 years the DOJ just now opted to weigh in & is now trying to get the case dismissed.

Could it be that discovery will show that the FDA was culpable in ignoring fraud? 8/🧵

On May 1, 2024 @ 2pm Oral Arguments on why the case should move forward to discovery or be dismissed will take place.

If the courtroom is packed with media & people—it will show the world is watching and hopefully continue to move toward a trial.

If you can come, please do.
