6/8 The leadership of the OTU Kharkiv underwent a change, with Brigadier General Mykhailo Drapaty replacing Yuriy Galushkin. Drapaty, formerly the Deputy Chief of the General Staff and commander of the Operational Troop Group "Kherson", assumed the new role.
