My name is Frank Rocco Giustino of January 6th Case #23-cr-16.

At around 17:40, you mention a "research arm" comprised of January 6th Defendants with their families and lawyers.

I have been unlawfully and illegally forced to serve 3 months across 5 state and federal jails on a single non-violent misdemeanor despite proving on court record that the Oaths of Office of federal "judges" and Department of Justice prosecutors were invalid as contractual bonds - myself gone ignored as a pro se representative, by the Court that has been absent of judicial Oaths themselves as I created filings and asked direct questions about the Oaths, unanswered. I was ignored by prominent January 6th attorneys, as well.

I was told by the Department of Justice prosecution through a court-appointed public defender at the time that documented Oaths of Office did not even exist, as a means to keep me off of that trail, only to find out that they did not sign any (valid) Oaths themselves.

I am now out of jail, and no longer being supervised on pretrial service or probation.

Know this: I have done enough research as shown on public record within my own January 6th Case to prove to the American public that federal "judges" and the DOJ are unbound by any proper documented Oath, effectively rendering them as only actors impersonating federal officers and officials. Alvin BRAGG is in hot water in the State of New York for the same thing, and I can provide that information as well.

Among these impersonators are both the former and current "Chief Judges" of the entire January 6th prosecution, Beryl Alaine HOWELL and James Emanuel BOASBERG - both outed as frauds by myself, publicly - as big names that would end this rather quickly.

If you are serious about what you said (and I believe you are) do not hesitate to reach out for any necessary information on this that I will be willing to provide, as all of the evidence needed to legally and lawfully take down every single federal "judge" and federal prosecutor is held within my case and on the public docket. It's now a matter of dissemination of information, preferably to every county at a local level, which you may have the means and resources to do.

Also note, even though the U.S. Marshals and Governor DESANTIS were sent all of this necessary information on judicial fraud through official channels prior to my arrest, they still arrested me alongside local police on a SEALED bench warrant that no arresting officer signed at the time of my arrest. Despite U.S. Marshals being tasked with upholding the federal judiciary, these federal law enforcement officers ignored all my pleas for help against an unlawful and illegal prosecution, which is still taking place for others within Florida especially, at an accelerated rate. Clearly, State of Florida law enforcement, its Governor and Attorney General are not to be trusted.

From within the system, the Courts, Department of Justice and law enforcement officers did not treat me like I was a living being, and continue to harm many others. I want to see that they're all brought to justice, and I can't think of a more effective way of permitting this through the evidence of their fraudulently taken oaths, sent to all on a county level and then some.

To add to this post, here is PROOF of SERVICE from @GovRonDeSantis's Office, @USMarshalsHQ and @FBI that they received my court filings with the Oath of Office evidence of judicial Oath fraud on the D.C. Courts and DOJ, roughly 8 months ago.

Never received an answer, before or after my SEALED, unsigned for at the time arrest.

A Floridian January 6th Defendant just committed suicide last month, and more arrested every week.

This needs to end.

More to add:

A few more emails... of the court-appointed public defender saying that the "judge" would see me as asking for an Oath of Office as being akin to asking for his "papers", as if that's an insult that would result in a harsher sentence. The public defender refused to put the Oaths of Office of "judges" I found onto record, or leave my case.

The public defender also confirms my argument that if the judicial Oath of Office of either "Chief Judge" was not according to 28 U.S.C. Section 453, they would NOT have jurisdiction to impose any plea or sentencing against me or any other, which, spoiler alert: Neither "judge" took the proper Oath according to that statute. This means the entire United States District Court in D.C. is rendered Oathless by two false judges looking over EVERY federal case out of D.C., including January 6th.

And another email (received before the alleged officers of the court didn't think I'd find documented Oaths of Office) by the pubic defender stating that there are no documented Oaths of Office, only verbal. Clearly, I found that not to be the case, and put all judicial Oaths I could find (and more!) onto my case record. I was still arrested and Sentenced after making it clear that they had no jurisdiction to preside over my case, nor any other.

Lastly, the "Chief Judge" of D.C. BOASBERG (my "judge") ignored a direct question from me, asking why his Oath does not conform to the law. Outlined in red. This answer was never received for the entirety of my case.

Forgot to mention, the DOJ assistant prosecutor Douglas COLLYER (who told my public defender that he never signed any Oath of Office) extended his recommended sentence for me of 21 days in jail to 4 months (for a single non-violent misdemeanor) because I would not accept the fact that they did not have any proper judicial authority over me. Outlined in red.

I was NOT punished for January 6th, originally being a 21-day suggestion (which is still crazy). I was punished for questioning the authority of a Court with proven-fraudulent Oaths of Office. 3 additional months!

This was a precedent set for every American questioning the Oaths of Office, not only January 6th.

To add even more...

My case goes so beyond January 6th, that I often overlook talking about my incarceration treatment for questioning the Oaths of Office themselves.

Out of the 3 months I spent across 5 jails/prisons for a single non-violent Parading charge, 16 of those days were spent in solitary confinement across 3 of those places.

The very first day in jail (ever) was in Pasco county Florida. It was the worst jail of them all with the most try-hard correctional officers that would've gotten a piece of my mind on the outside had I not been illegally kidnapped on a SEALED bench warrant with no arresting signature.

I was thrown in a cold solitary confinement room over a miscommunication, where they threw me in there with half of my clothing on for a few hours in the afternoon - missing breakfast, lunch and dinner that was never given to me that day. I was threatened with more solitary if I didn't answer their questions involving my birthplace information. What later kept me cheerful in Pasco was that I got along with the inmates so great and they loved to hear my stories surrounding my J6 case. I genuinely miss talking to some of them.

Next was Hernado and then Pinnelas county, the latter having the cleanest and best food of the entire of the 3 months. It was relatively easy-going, all things considered. Great 3-meal food portions, despite waking up for breakfast at 2 AM every single morning, just like Pasco. Pinnelas was also kept very clean in my pod by other inmates, with the least offensive correctional officers berating us.

I usually got along with all inmates (even outside of J6) as a lot of people on the inside of the prison system are decent people with their own problems and demons that they need to work out and don't always get the help for - the real tragedy of why this system does not work for the betterment of society. I was told by one felon in the later FBOP that prison specifically is not like what you see in movies, but it's still prison, with its own drama and "politics" that I openly stayed out of.

For 5 days within that Federal Bureau of Prisoner transfer facility in FTC Oklahoma, I was eventually placed on a 'disruption diet' of 3 bologna sandwiches daily with a couple pieces of fruit in a confined room by myself. They were literally starving me for not complying once I realized they had cut off my outside communications to all legal and family calls, which pissed me off as I was not getting any help, especially as being my own pro se lawyer arrested on a SEALED bench warrant. Not even the felons around me could understand my situation as having a single misdemeanor charge.

They were literally punishing me with food, as written on a brown paper bag. This was my lowest point and I didn't know how long I was going to last, vomiting and hungry - for a possible 30 days of solitary had I not been moved to go to D.C. for a Sentencing.

I was told by the correctional officer J. BAZA running the 'SHU' (special housing unit aka solitary) that I was "not an American" and that I "had no rights." Verbatim. I would've been in there for 30 days had I not been released to go to D.C.. See attached documents.

I was already almost 15 pounds less than I am now at that time and at my sickest physically as I was dealing with prior health issues, before I eventually reached the D.C. jail for 10 more days of solitary confinement and even worse food and conditions. This is when I finally started to meet other January 6'ers.

The correctional officers in D.C. were mostly Nigerian, and many constantly talked about how we didn't belong in there (despite partaking in it), and that BIDEN should not be president. I was told correctional officers were way worse earlier on before the jail underwent new management due to January 6th outcry for better treatment. Other inmates, mostly African Americans themselves, were very nice and supportive of my situation with January 6th, from who I talked to. I went to D.C. expecting everyone to hate us, but that was further from the truth, sometimes even receiving the most support and praise.

It was only until I reached the J6 pod with other J6'ers that I was able to eat ample amounts of commissary given by others pod to which I was grateful for, as well as food funded by my family and donations (lots of fish, chips and clams) before I was able to look healthy again after a few weeks. Another J6'er said I looked like an entirely different guy towards the end of my time served, as I put decent weight on - in a good way.

The jail incorrectly had me labeled as a felon, and I was quick to constantly question this with staff. Once my time came for release, they were quick to get rid of me - and I was given next to no time to say goodbye to the others who are incarcerated for J6, much, much longer.

This is what the "justice system" looks like with fake judicial officers running the show under commercial jurisdiction. To them, we are property until further notice. Not people. Nobody deserves to be in a box if we expect society to get better.

I'm hoping exposure of this Oath issue described thus far, surrounding the J6 "judges" and "prosecutors" who incarcerated them as having no valid Oaths of Office themselves, gets all of them out - somehow, someway - prematurely.

Somebody asked me, what is the purpose for a "judge" signing an illegally changed judicial Oath of Office, as not in accordance with Title 28 U.S.C. Section 453?

Here's the short-explanation: 👇

By changing the judicial Oath of Office so subtly, and then signing it, it absolves any judicial responsibility of the signing pretender as "judge" towards the documented judicial Oath of Office as a contractual trust bond. That's the legal reason. The judicial Oath of Office can NOT be changed unless it's through legislation by Congress, in accordance to the prescribed form under U.S. Code, Title 28 U.S.C. Section 453.

If you are not actually a judge, you have no lawful contractual obligation to treat We the People that you are presiding over as living men in an Article III judicial court. It's their game of consent.

Those same living men being prosecuted and ignorant to the fraudulent judicial Oath are under the scrutiny of an administrative Article I court that they think is an Article III Court. They've been pulled into statutory, commercial legalities through their attorneys ("attorn" means to transfer property) as not living men, but commodities. A "judge" without a judicial Oath still has their Article I jurisdiction "hat", and therefore can transact People as money/property as a bank teller, but not as a judicial officer.

These different "hats" that judges are supposed to have are derived from the Saving to Suitors' Clause under Article III, Section 2 of the Constitution.

Improper judicial officers as "judges" do not have their Article III "hat", so they must have your consent to acknowledge them as such. This is where requesting their documented Oath of Office come into play as a means of holding them up to it for it is what is accepted as an Oath, or in my case, estopped by the fraud of changing it from the prescribed proper form.

Corporatizing "So help me God" to "SO HELP ME GOD" also has another reason, as these pretend officers are servants of the U.S. Corporation under a "GOD" that is not our Creator - as they won't sign "So help me God" being the proper judicial Oath through Congress because it would mean that they would be bound by that Oath as contract to uphold the Constitution to We the People, under our God as Creator. Many of these "judges" are likely not true God-loving Jews or Christians, so they pretend to be - which is why many of these actors are trying to hide behind the accusation of antisemitism, criminalizing any possible dissent were it to catch on. They are hiding behind actual believers and supporters of "God", when they are likely not themselves, hence all of the crimes against humanity that they are promoting and committing through wrathful, GOD-like punishment and rulings.

The U.S. Corporation is their "GOD" that they've signed an Oath to, changing the very meaning of "God" through capitalized corporate legal language of status. We and us as the American People are being denied our Constitutional rights because they never signed the proper judicial Oath to the Constitution to We the People under our Creator of all that is as "God" (spelled lawfully in plain English.)

The judicial Oath of Office was unlawfully and illegally changed as a documented bonded contract, and that's a fact - with or without religion involved. It's a "judicial" system/scam based on social conditioning, guilt, trickery and consent.

The United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the Department of Justice not only ignored all of this, but defied it entirely, which would make their crime against me within my January 6th case - some would say - of 'biblical' proportions.

As an important addition to this thread, I am attaching the documented Oaths of Office of both @GovRonDeSantis and @AGAshleyMoody, in which they've accepted and are currently in direct violation of, due to the inaction towards the information that I have already given the Office of @GovRonDeSantis, Florida @USMarshalsHQ and @FBITampa roughly 8 months ago in regard to any and all January 6th, 2021 protest arrests.

Being of We the People and resident of Florida myself, this is my Non-Negotiable DEMAND that the State of Florida Governor and Attorney General by their accepted Oaths of Office CEASE & DESIST all illegal arrests carried out by Floridian law enforcement against those who are currently being prosecuted or expect to be prosecuted for the January 6th, 2021 protest by the United States District Courts for the District of Columbia and the Department of Justice.

@AGAshleyMoody must carry out her previously interested investigation into @TheJusticeDept. The United States District Courts and Department of Justice have committed Oath of Office perjury crimes that I have now placed evidence of on federal Case #23-cr-16 court record, as early as late May 2023. See this attached thread, as @USAO_DC Matthew M. GRAVES and the "Chief Judges" of the D.C. USDC Beryl Alaine HOWELL and James Emanuel BOASBERG are all unlawfully and illegally unbound by fraudulent Oaths of Office as contractual trust bonds.

Any and all January 6th Defendants that have already been arrested that still reside in Florida and are currently being subjected to an ongoing prosecution by the Department of Justice in the District of Columbia must not be extradited for refusal or subjected to any more unlawful and illegal federal court hearings, and instead, protected. The State of Florida and its law enforcement are to protect any and all January 6th Defendants from any further kidnapping by criminal impersonators who are impersonating federal judges and prosecutors using perjured-fraudulent Oaths.

Any January 6th Defendants currently in the custody of the District of Columbia and/or Federal Bureau of Prisons must be demanded to be released as a result of @AGAshleyMoody's January 6th investigation, to which she will carry out to the fullest extent of her position as Attorney General.

This is a Non-Negotiable DEMAND, @GovRonDeSantis and @AGAshleyMoody.
