ATTN: J6'ers

This latest news that D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Department has been using the "personal privacy" excuse to conceal "January 6" bodycam footage is very similar to an experience I had with them last year.

I can show you that the MPD have been using the same "personal privacy" excuse to keep other kinds of essential evidence hidden from us, too - that being the copies of their oaths of office that they are required to take and sign.

After submitting a FOIA request, the MPD responded by telling me that they couldn't provide me with the copies of their oaths on file due to "personal privacy" - which is bullshit.

If there's any document that shouldn't be concealed from a public FOIA request - it's an oath of office.

Without a signed proper oath, the MPD cannot be public servants in the first place, as it shows their contractual promise to the Constitution and the people.

I appealed their reasons for rejecting me - which was then brought to @MayorBowser's office to be adjudicated.

Even though the MPD would not refute my claims and never responded to the Mayor's Office as to why their "personal privacy" excuse was bogus, the Mayor's Office sided with the MPD, anyway.

Ultimately, I wasn't given the copies of the oaths signed by the MPD's "chiefs of police" that I had asked for - by neither the MPD or Mayor's Office.

Then paradoxically, around that same time, the Mayor's Office fully granted me with copies of "Mayor" Bowser's oaths on file that I had asked for in a separate request, without any pushback. The fact that they did this completely contradicted the "personal privacy" excuse they used as reason to prevent me from getting the MPD's oaths!

Know that the D.C. MPD and D.C. Mayor are supposed to take the same form of oath according to D.C. Official Code - and since I was only able to retrieve copies of Bowser's oaths for her three terms, I could only confirm that her own oaths... were illegally-altered and null.

All of that information/evidence - including Bowser's fraudulent oath that I refused for cause - was inserted into a court document I filed into my federal "J6" case, thereafter.

However, federal "judge" Boasberg denied me from publishing that evidence onto the public docket...

That didn't stop "Mayor" Bowser from publicly announcing that SAME EXACT DAY she would NOT be running for a fourth term - which was right after I filed that evidence, legally proving Bowser never had the authority to order the D.C. MPD against the J6'ers.

One of the MPD's "chief of police" whose oath I specifically requested, also mentioned in that filing... stepped down after I filed this evidence, two weeks later.

Since then, I have recently filed an official fraud report to the @FTC in regard to Muriel E. Bowser impersonating a public officer (which she was already doing on the day of January 6th, 2021) due to her signing of invalid oaths of office as a fake "mayor": 👇

Here - and in the following comments, is the entire original 32-page "Refusal for Cause" document in regard to @MayorBowser that I filed into my federal "January 6" case on 11/24/2025, last year.

This filing was illegally denied leave to file for the public docket by fake federal "judge" James Emanuel Boasberg on 11/25/2025. Bowser publicly announced she would not be running for a fourth term on 11/25 - being the same day.

It's only been a day since I filed a Refusal for Cause on @MayorBowser into the court record of my "January 6" case - yesterday - for her defective oaths of office on file. The Mayor's Office was also denying my FOIA request for copies of the Metropolitan Police Department's oaths, following their role on "January 6" as assisting the U.S. Capitol Police's assault on myself and others.

Today - the D.C. "Mayor" has announced this will be her last term, after three. No coincidences.

Like clockwork, this is how I've continuously influenced the political landscape using my "J6" court record, in exposing all of these oath of office issues that I've shared for the past two years.

My name is Frank Rocco Giustino of January 6th Case #23-cr-16.

At around 17:40, you mention a "research arm" comprised of January 6th Defendants with their families and lawyers.

I have been unlawfully and illegally forced to serve 3 months across 5 state and federal jails on a single non-violent misdemeanor despite proving on court record that the Oaths of Office of federal "judges" and Department of Justice prosecutors were invalid as contractual bonds - myself gone ignored as a pro se representative, by the Court that has been absent of judicial Oaths themselves as I created filings and asked direct questions about the Oaths, unanswered. I was ignored by prominent January 6th attorneys, as well.

I was told by the Department of Justice prosecution through a court-appointed public defender at the time that documented Oaths of Office did not even exist, as a means to keep me off of that trail, only to find out that they did not sign any (valid) Oaths themselves.

I am now out of jail, and no longer being supervised on pretrial service or probation.

Know this: I have done enough research as shown on public record within my own January 6th Case to prove to the American public that federal "judges" and the DOJ are unbound by any proper documented Oath, effectively rendering them as only actors impersonating federal officers and officials. Alvin BRAGG is in hot water in the State of New York for the same thing, and I can provide that information as well.

Among these impersonators are both the former and current "Chief Judges" of the entire January 6th prosecution, Beryl Alaine HOWELL and James Emanuel BOASBERG - both outed as frauds by myself, publicly - as big names that would end this rather quickly.

If you are serious about what you said (and I believe you are) do not hesitate to reach out for any necessary information on this that I will be willing to provide, as all of the evidence needed to legally and lawfully take down every single federal "judge" and federal prosecutor is held within my case and on the public docket. It's now a matter of dissemination of information, preferably to every county at a local level, which you may have the means and resources to do.

Also note, even though the U.S. Marshals and Governor DESANTIS were sent all of this necessary information on judicial fraud through official channels prior to my arrest, they still arrested me alongside local police on a SEALED bench warrant that no arresting officer signed at the time of my arrest. Despite U.S. Marshals being tasked with upholding the federal judiciary, these federal law enforcement officers ignored all my pleas for help against an unlawful and illegal prosecution, which is still taking place for others within Florida especially, at an accelerated rate. Clearly, State of Florida law enforcement, its Governor and Attorney General are not to be trusted.

From within the system, the Courts, Department of Justice and law enforcement officers did not treat me like I was a living being, and continue to harm many others. I want to see that they're all brought to justice, and I can't think of a more effective way of permitting this through the evidence of their fraudulently taken oaths, sent to all on a county level and then some.

To add to this post, here is PROOF of SERVICE from @GovRonDeSantis's Office, @USMarshalsHQ and @FBI that they received my court filings with the Oath of Office evidence of judicial Oath fraud on the D.C. Courts and DOJ, roughly 8 months ago.

Never received an answer, before or after my SEALED, unsigned for at the time arrest.

A Floridian January 6th Defendant just committed suicide last month, and more arrested every week.

This needs to end.
