Realistically, about 80% of the stuff I do is easy, fast, and replicable across a few different needs.
The other 20% is the time-consuming, nitty gritty, trial-and-error stuff.
For most people, that 80% will get them everywhere they need to go.
So by all means, I'd rather have as many capable hands on deck and am happy to share the things I know how to do and the things I learn down the road. <3
