One of the city's major philanthropic partners, The Walder Foundation, listed the Trump Administration labeling cartels as terrorist organizations as a hindrance to their large-scale plans to replace the native Chicago population with immigrants. In their guide they published two months ago. Page 22 for the list.

Repeat after me: Charging documents are not comprehensive nor are they evidence. They are a summary to support bringing charges and to let the defendant know to prepare a defense.
