Since there was all this fanfare around the release of Ruben Gallego's sealed divorce files (that revealed...that he is divorced!?), I thought I would take a quick look to see what I could find on sKari Fake's divorce from her first husband, Tracy Matthew Finnegan!

Kari and Tracy, an electrical engineer, were married in Davenport, Iowa on May 25th, 1991*.

2/ The two lovebirds soon moved to Phoenix and moved into this home on E. Kristal Way in December of 1994. They paid $88,000 and $79,200 30-year mortgage. You know...the good old days!?

As it appears today...

3/ But things soon soured, and Tracy filed for divorce from Kari just 6 months later on July 7th, 1995. It appears to have been uncontentious, and the dissolution of marriage was granted on February 9th, 1996.

Kari was granted the home and there was no alimony (or children/child support!).

Receipts: The divorce docket and cartel-free quit-claim deed.

4/ A final note (just cuz I was there!), that neither party would appear to not be the safest of drivers...I also find it a little odd that Kari still had the name Finnegan on her driver's license when she was nabbed for speeding 6 years after her divorce??? Odd...probably has something to do with the cartel. Big if true! Receipts...

5/ The point of this story is that divorce sucks and both of these divorces are as boring AF! How about we focus on actual crimes like:

Wendy Rogers' mortgage/election fraud!?
Mark Finchem mortgage fraud and financial disclosure perjury?
Karen Slaton bankruptcy fraud?
Anthony Kern financial disclosure perjury?
Paul Gosar financial disclosure perjury?
Jerry Sheridan sitting in on Domestic Terror meetings?
