1) Executive Order 13818:
Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption
Was one of the first EO’s Trump signed (12/21/2017) when he started his first term.

2) It’s important to note that this EO also immediately established a National Emergency.
What is also important to note is that Biden has since issued continuation on this order by extending the National Emergency each year.
Currently the National Emergency is set to expire on December 17, 2024,(unless he extends it again)

EO13818 designated The Department of Treasury to handle the sanctions/seized assets of ALL Blocked Persons.
Part of the DOT’s responsibility is to keep an updated list of all of these sanctions. This list is 2,755 pages and is updated daily.

4) I found that list from the Government Code of Regulations, which lists out all of the EO’s and Sanctions that make up that list.

5) So getting back to EO13818.
It gives authority to redelegate all functions in the order to any other officers or agencies of the United States.
6) Based on Trump’s message today, I am in belief that Trump/Good Military ARE one of those Officers/Agencies that have been delegated to enact the functions of this order.
Whether he is Commander in Chief or not, I believe his Red Folder PEADS Act files route (by law) authority to him and/or Good Military Generals to enact the laws laid out in this Executive Order.
7) I also believe Trump gave “The Go Order” and confirmation of it to us when he Truthed this message out on 10/25/2024.
His post timestamp was at 12:21 PM.
12/21 (2017) is the day this order went into effect. This is why Isaac Kappy sang, “12-21 Take it away…”
