Regarding immunity to Social Media companies through Section 230C, “The Twitter Files” that Elon Musk obtained when he purchased Twitter have not held weight in court as it has been claimed as “unconstitutional”.

However, if Elon has now moved all X’s data to his SpaceX satellites, then all of the data from then until now is not under the Law & Order of the Constitution.

Meaning that Elon can expose it.

The Deepstate likely thinks they were safe because of 230C immunity.
