It's high time that we should stop normalizing 4-5 drinks as normal in your lifestyle.

Drinking for an occasion is different than getting a blast every weekend

My recommendation would be to quit it completely because the benefits are too good.

2] If you go the gym with a goal of muscle building and Fat loss then reconsider your actions

No one will chase you with a stick for you to stop drinking liquor

You have to take the decision & drop it gradually if you need

• High-quality life
• A nice body
• Good health

3] People need Reasons to drink

Red Wine is healthy
Rum can have potential health benefits

This goes to tell you how it's deeply rooted in the addiction and not the right reasoning

4] Testosterone levels are continuously dropping and it's evident

I go through multiple blood reports a week and averages below 500 ng/dL are becoming too common

As a Man, this can literally rob you of your true potential.

5] This is for people who claim

"Drinking Helps them with better sleep at Night"

Just stop this already because you are setting yourself up for failure in the long term
