This money is TAX-FREE, and only 1 list exists online....and its hard to find.

Virtually no information exists on where this money is going.

Budget documents include ONE paragraph on this fund:

"Other transfer payments by departments are projected to increase to $112.8 billion in 2029. Growth reflects growing profiles, such as Canadian Dental Care Plan benefits and support for electric vehicle batteries"

But I found the motherlode!

A virtually never-visited Public Accounts of Canada webpage titled:

Volume III, Section 6: Transfer payments

lists where every department is sending this money:

They also redact the name/orgs who get less than 100k
in tax-free grant money
