We live in a time where so much around us feels artificial— aretificial lights, factory created foods, carefully curated social media lives, fake news, and shallow relationships built on apps.

It’s no surprise that this fake environment leaves so many feeling disconnected and sad. Our souls crave what is real: Light that fosters light, deep conversations, and honest human connections. Reclaiming authenticity starts with small, intentional choices. Step away from screens, remove apps and spend time with people who make you feel seen and valued, create a meal from scratch farm to table.

Real joy isn’t complicated—it’s found in the raw, unfiltered beauty of life. What will you choose to REDOX from right now?

2. Become a Nemophilist to collect biophotons in the air you are lacking and electrons from the earth that is rare in your system.

3. Avoid cities where your government is block the quantum yield from your life. You need the sun to thrive.

4. Avoid the news and BigHarma. They are not interesting in your thriving. They are helping your government tapering their financial Ponzi scheme.

5. Limit your screen time to reserve your time on Earth.

6. Never forget the vistors write the history books and they never contain the entire truth you need to make proper decisions.

7. Be careful with your own network and who you trust to assist you in your journey.

8. Do not be afraid of being authentic. Do you touch others with words or actions? A word of encouragement during a failure is worth more than an hour of praise after success. Lady evolution gave us mouths that close and ears that don't-- that should tell us something. It turns out the quieter you become, the more you can hear. Some people think before they speak. Some people speak before they think. But the smart ones just smile and nod. Remember, the most important thing in communication is to 'hear' what isn't being said.

9. TODAY'S WINTER PSA: What end of the year check do I do on all my patients when the light cycle is in the terminal phase in December in the Northern hemisphere before the winter solstice? I check their finger tips. Does your doc do this? If not you might consider asking them why not.

Curved nails with swollen fingertip, as seen in the picture below is a sign of some sort of hypothyroidism.
A swollen fingertip, curved nail, and thickening skin above a nail are often signs of thyroid disease.

10. Become humble and begin to really understand yourself today. Understand your strengths and weaknesses as they are now. Erase the preconceived notions of what you or others think you are, or may have been.
Allow your present experience to give you wisdom by embracing your person humility now. It is what you learn about yourself after "you know it all" that matters most in life. When you embrace yourself as you find you today, you side step the dogma that has caused you to get in your own way to subjugate your goals.

When you look within your present state, the mirror of truth always reflects your personal reality. It hides nothing from you unless you choose to hide from your personal truth. Today, become content, and start to intend, to use every occasion to lead others by serving others first. Feeding them rebuilds you..........

11. Black Swans are unique because they see and sense the same things as everyone else, but they are capable of thinking what no one else has thought about what they have observed. This is why their perspective diverges from the crowds and paradigms.

Black swans are taught how to see the invisible effects in nature before anyone else has an inkling how important they are..........It is a learned behavior every silly talking primate needs to survive its current environment.

12. Why is Vitamin D status associated with lower obesity and better health? Because it is just another proxy for the deuterium load in our tissues. The sun naturally deuterium depletes us to get the proper isotopic fractionations in our tissues to operate in our local environment. It turns out the red part of the spectrum is the major controlling arm of this process and Vitamin D3 is a good proxy for the effect of how much sun people really get and those with mitochondrial diseases usually do not get enough.

The more time you spend inside on TV, technology, and computers the more deuterium you collect. In Asia they have explosive growth of obesity, diabetes, and heart diseases and China wants to put their entire population on DDW as a first line move.

They are not taking about placing everyone on Ozempic.

Funny how the communist Chinese get it, but in the captialist USA where healthcare is a business ignore it. This paper is from Asia by the way. The researchers said, "Vitamin D deficiency was highly prevalent and associated with poorer cardiometabolic risk profile in these young adults. Public health strategies for addressing vitamin D deficiency are needed urgently. These new data provide support for further study on vitamin D deficiency as a modifiable risk factor for cardiometabolic disease and the ameliorative effects of increased vitamin D intake on cardiometabolic disease risk profile of vitamin D-deficient young adults." ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29222903

13. Progress in mito-hacking is never made by people who are contented. It is made by people who ask curious questions that disturb the conformity inside of us and in crowds of people who assume things. You should never assume that small changes in atoms cannot lead to seismic changes in your results.

This is a deep warning to the mito-hacking community that what you think is OK and safe, might need to be questioned and hacked.

Ignorance does not give way to science, technology, modernity, progress; on the contrary, it too progresses right along with "progress".

14. How do you capture a moment? Try occupying minds while you wait for that extraordinary moment, that moment they never expect, which they cannot possible anticipate, and then execute your plan. Surprise is the public face of a mind that has been closed for business. Use their assumptions as their windows on the world. Refuse to help scrub them so the light won't awaken them before the shock and awe. Don't bother to read me, unless you're going to live it. Any fool can know. The point is to understand.

15. Laugh at those who mocked your ability to dig deeper than everyone else. Light, dark, and temperature is the key to your gut health, not food. I posted this on my forum in 2015 and no one connected the dots.

Cold temperatures alter the microbial flora so that more ELF-UV can be created from mtDNA and captured by the melanin sheets in your gut lumen. Get your surfaces cooled and lit by the sun for the Epi-paleo Rx win.

16. PCOS & AUTISM are both light mediated diseases. Few people still realize it. I think PCOS is an epigenetic adaptation that occurred during the Ice Age to ensure propagation of the next generation during the stressors of constant cold environments where UV light was absent for long stretches. Then ancient humans discovered fire inside of caves and their epigenetics changed.

So, how does PCOS epigenetic changes respond to an altered nnEMF like fire?
Did you know there's a possible link between women with PCOS and ASD? Few do.

I've written a ton about autism link to light but what about PCOS?

What about women with PCOS? Follicle number does not mean fertility. PCOS is proof of this. Women with PCOS have more antral follicles than women without PCOS. It’s not unusual for a woman with PCOS to have more than 30 antral follicles total. Women with PCOS produce above-average levels of the hormone testosterone, which hinders ovulation. Testosterone in humans is reduced by solar exposure to UV light. So PCOS is linked to poor melanination (POMC), thin atrophic skin, and an indoor life. Very similiar to autism risks.

The follicles struggle to release eggs, so they hang out instead of going through the ovulation process. Women with PCOS lack solar redox because testosterone is reduced by sunlight.

Sunlight is stored in mammals at the electronic levels in cells. The light stored gives you the life you get. This is true for you and your perspective baby.

Light needs electrons to work = photoelectric effect.

When we lose electrons for any reason back ot our environment our biomolecules become oxidized and our cells liberate light as a result. This light is called ultraweak biophotons. The oxidation of biomolecules occurs by hydrogen abstraction by superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals or by the cycloaddition of singlet oxygen initiate a cascade of oxidative reactions that lead to the formation of electronically excited species such as triplet excited carbonyl, excited pigments and singlet oxygen. The abstraction of hydrogen is defined by the removal of a hydrogen atom or group from a molecule by a free radical. Hydrogen/deuterium atom abstraction is often confused with deprotonation, which is the removal of a hydrogen atom (i.e., a proton) by a base in an acid-base (proton transfer) reaction.

When deuterium is abstracted out of our biomolecules by light, cells begin to need to use more UV light to complete this process. The light used in deuterium abstraction needs to be more powerful due to the kinetic isotope effect of the extra neutron in deuterium. As a result of this cost of mass, our cells need more VUV-UVC-UVB-UVA light to abstracted the heavier isotope of hydrogen because of the extra neutron.

This means as we age, & increase our heteroplasmy rate in our germ line, we chronically accumulate more deuterium in our ovaries, you are losing the most powerful part of light in our cells and as a result things that rely on UV light become defective. Triple negative breast cancer is also linked to this light story. Wisdom is built by following how Nature tells cells to think.

17. A sage procures light via the eye to transform it to wisdom in the mind. A well crafted idea, very much like good storytelling, can elucidate fuzzy concepts.

Ask a sage, they will explain. Ask a fool, they will complain.

The sage doesn't seek to be profound, but useful. A sage himself is a former fool who got tired of themselves. One octave is worth a thousand chance rendezvous.

18. Being clever is about perspective, seeing something new from something everyone else saw yesterday. In yesteryears I thought was clever, and I wanted to change the world. Today I am filled with new wisdom, so I am changing myself.

19. Stop thinking of what could go wrong all the time and focus in on what might go right instead........

20. Life, and science, is like a photograph — we develop from the negatives

What is my guiding principle?
What's the point of living without freedom?
Sometimes the most revolutionary act is simply telling the truth - and having the courage to act on it. We have to dare to be ourselves, however frightening that person inside of us proves to be.
In today's world, bold ideas need bold voices. This is how one builds trust at scale before your idea hits the sleeping. Your authenticity becomes your competitive advantage.
Decentralized leadership is not a compliation of having a list of good ideas; it is the ability at being able to share them effectively in the medium that reaches the most savages clearly. Building trust at global scale requires authenticty because before you tap your trust bank account account your words allow you to create impact while the world sleeps.

Truth is like poetry, & most people hate poetry.

Ignorance or fraud, what line defines when one crosses that chasm?

Building trust before you need it & creating impact while you sleep to deliver it every AM after sunrise.

21. What is the most valuable lesson in the picture for the mitochondriac?

Burial chambers were used by ancient civilizations to bury their deceased rulers and important figures. In ancient Egypt, for example, pharaohs were buried in elaborate tombs filled with treasures and items they might need in the afterlife. The most famous one is King Tutankhamun's tomb, which was discovered nearly intact in the Valley of the Kings.

When we exhumed his body we found that the elite leaders who lived inside of temples where fire was used had the same diseases modern humans get. There was no Fruit Loops, gold Gyms, processed food to blame this reality on.

Then we found the Anubians who built King Tuts burial site and who ancestors built the pyramids buried close to the Sphinx. Guess what we found? There skulls and dentition were perfect. Their skeletons showed none of the diseases of modern man or any Pharoah we have exhumed. There is a lesson here. Do you understand it yet?
