This journalist just got our guy doxed & fired over private racial statements. Let’s look at some of her public racial statements over the years—unfortunately, she deleted all her old tweets, & many of her pieces are paywalled, like *several* cancelling *high schoolers* for this:
These pieces that her paper published “calling out” high schoolers for this one image were put out from January 2019 through February 2020. This was before Floyd. The high schoolers were trying to be woke by showing that drugs particularly harm blacks. But that wasn’t good enough
In July 2020, she started a series on “equity in education” with this article: “Teaching changed almost instantly due to COVID-19. How long will it take to revolutionize equity in education?” She just says low black test scores mean whites must be discriminated against & harassed
Dozens of crazy quotes in that piece:
-“Scrutinizing the way students are assessed is important, too: Many educators interviewed said tests and grading systems can harm students of color more than white peers.”
-“For most of the past decade, the state was involved in a fierce debate over the adequacy of school funding, a saga known as the McCleary case. Its resolution forced lawmakers to pour billions more into the K-12 system, but the bulk of that money targeted inadequate teacher pay, not racial equity.”
-“To change it, those people with power who have not faced oppression because of their race will have to give something up.”
-“Shraddha Shirude, a math teacher at Garfield High School, asked her students: If police were defunded, where should that money go? They examined the city’s budget and dreamed up solutions. Shirude is secretary director of the nonprofit Washington Ethnic Studies Now, leads workshops and runs a blog called Woke Math, where she writes about racial justice and ethnic studies in education.”
-“Shah has developed a coaching method that helps teachers see racial bias by flipping the training on its head. A coach first observes a teacher in class, watching interactions with students. Spotting bias and fixing it comes next.”
-“Families with more wealth and power work to give their children every advantage, often to the detriment of families who can’t — a concept known as opportunity hoarding. “People are actually beginning to confront these dynamics,” said Ishimaru.”
I could keep going forever on just this one short article! @ByKLong is clearly a deranged racist who publicly promotes racial harassment. The Wall Street Journal should reconsider its recent hire of her.
Here are the proposals that @ByKLong published under her own name, calling for Seattle public schools to engage in anti-white race-myopia:
“A curriculum that teaches about the contributions and histories of all people, but particularly people of color, which helps all students become more fully invested in learning.” She wants teachers to focus particularly on teaching about non-white successes, & thus to focus particularly on ignoring white successes.
“Getting more people who have been ill-served by the current system onto school boards, in advisory roles and into the Legislature.” She wants people who *failed* at school to be put *in charge* of school, because this is one way to reduce white self-determination.
Monstrous hateful harridan!
In “Education Lab: Hard truths about Washington’s unequal education outcomes,” she was paid by the Gates Foundation to write that race-based forced busing & explicit anti-white quotas in public K-12 schools were the only way to “desegregate” Seattle. Then she bragged about orchestrating “equity in education” journalism across the country during Covid. We need to start calling for her to be fired from the WSJ.
@ByKLong Remember when leftists libeled @JDVance by literally just making up that he screwed a couch during the election? That was actual fake news that was actually widely spread, & @ByKLong wrote about how great it was (paywalled). WSJ badges revoked at White House until she’s fired? 🙏
@ByKLong This is one of her many articles about Bezos, in full. The person whose time is literally more valuable than anyone else’s doesn’t participate in his neighborhood virtue-signal potlucks! Oh no, so mean! (Do you think millionaires actually do substantial volunteer groundskeeping?)
@ByKLong Her job is literally just disingenuous snitch. “Bezos made his workers sign NDAs so reporters like me couldn’t use them to snoop on him” “Musk—gasp!—smoked weed (which should be legal)… quick NASA fine him for that” “Dorsey funded a Brazilian anon who believes in misinformation”
@ByKLong She has over 2000 slop articles in the Seattle Times, & many at Business Insider. I’ve barely looked thru *any* of them (here’s one I just found by googling her name & “Men of Color”). Let’s dig up as many compromising ones as we can to make journalists reckon with their racism…
