For his role, he built a top 0.1% physique.

But it wasn’t just genetics...

He transformed from an average build into a Greek god physique using a method anyone can follow.

Here’s the full breakdown:

Henry Cavill wasn’t always in Greek god-like shape.

He had a good physique but nothing extraordinary.

But when he landed the role of Superman, he had one goal:

Look like a real-life Superman.

This is what he did:

To build his physique, he had to level up his:

- Diet
- Training
- Discipline

But Henry didn’t just “lift weights.”

He trained like an athlete, focusing on:

1. Heavy compound lifts
2. High-volume hypertrophy work
3. Sprinting & metabolic conditioning

But training was only one part of the equation.

He also had to redo his diet plan

Most actors crash diet for their roles.

But Henry didn’t:

He ate more but the right way. His diet focused on:

- High protein (chicken, steak, eggs)
- Complex carbs (oats, rice, sweet potatoes)
