This is Superman.

Not just in Hollywood, but in real life.

For his role, he built a top 0.1% physique.

But it wasn’t just genetics...

He transformed from an average build into a Greek god physique using a method anyone can follow.

Here’s the full breakdown: Image
Henry Cavill wasn’t always in Greek god-like shape.

He had a good physique but nothing extraordinary.

But when he landed the role of Superman, he had one goal:

Look like a real-life Superman.

This is what he did:
To build his physique, he had to level up his:

- Diet
- Training
- Discipline

But Henry didn’t just “lift weights.”

He trained like an athlete, focusing on:
1. Heavy compound lifts
2. High-volume hypertrophy work
3. Sprinting & metabolic conditioning

But training was only one part of the equation.

He also had to redo his diet plan

Most actors crash diet for their roles.

But Henry didn’t:
He ate more but the right way. His diet focused on:

- High protein (chicken, steak, eggs)
- Complex carbs (oats, rice, sweet potatoes)
- Healthy fats (avocados, nuts, olive oil)

The goal?
Build muscle without gaining fat.

Instead of starving himself, he spread meals out throughout the day:

- High-protein breakfast for muscle retention
- Carbs before & after workouts for energy
- Lean protein at night for recovery

The result? High metabolism and energy.
Henry didn’t spend hours running on a treadmill. Instead, he used:

- Sprints
- Fast-paced weight training
- Metabolic finishers (sled pushes, battle ropes)

This allowed him to burn fat while building muscle.

The results were intense:
Henry went from an average gym guy to a Superman-level physique.

Not by starving. Not by endless cardio.

But by smart training and consistent eating.

And he’s still in elite shape today.

Here’s what we can learn from Henry’s transformation:
1. Strength training > endless cardio
2. You don’t need extreme diets, just smart nutrition (Henry cheats a lot off-set)
3. Train for performance, and the physique will follow

What do you think about his routine? Image
I hate the fitness industry.

- Downplaying steroids
- Unrealistic expectations
- BS advice to sell a course

That's why I created a FREE game plan to fix the top 10 muscle-building mistakes.

This is Big Pharma's worst nightmare.

A 3,000-year-old herb that outperforms pills in:

- Easing anxiety
- Reducing stress
- Improving sleep quality

The best part?

It costs less than your morning coffee.

Here’s why it works (and how to avoid the fake stuff): Image
First, what is Ashwagandha?

It's an ancient adaptogenic herb from India called the "strength of the stallion."

Traditional healers used it for millennia.

Today, millions of people prefer it over traditional medicine.

Why?

Let's break down its insane benefits:
1. Beats sleeping pills naturally.

Ashwagandha increases GABA in your brain.

The same neurotransmitter that sleeping pills target, but without addiction or side effects.

Studies show it cuts the time to fall asleep by 42%.

But wait, that’s not it:

Every Ancient Greek was jacked.

The crazy part?

They didn't...

- take steroids
- train for hours
- eat 1000s of grams of protein

Here is their evergreen fitness protocol to lose fat and build muscle easily: Image
Ancient Roman or Greek statues show physiques most modern men would kill for.

Broad shoulders. Visible abs. Powerful legs.

Yet they achieved this without supplements, protein shakes, or fancy equipment.

Their secret was hidden in plain sight:
Life itself was their gym.

Romans didn't "work out," they simply lived differently:

- Daily physical labor
- Marching 100s of miles
- Carrying heavy equipment

Their bodies had to adapt.

Here's why it worked:

This is Mark Wahlberg.

A famous 52-year-old actor with perfect fitness.

The crazy part?

He is following an ABSOLUTE crazy routine.

Here’s how Mark Wahlberg manages to stay in elite shape year-round at an old age:

(Copy this to achieve the same) Image
Most people struggle to stay fit in their 30s.

Mark is getting better in his 50s.

He doesn’t rely on genetics or Hollywood tricks.

He follows a military-level routine built for results.

And it all starts before the sun comes up...
2:30 AM WAKE-UP

While most people are sleeping Mark is already up.

He believes discipline beats motivation.

So he removes the option to be lazy.

After waking up:

1. Prayer & Gratitude
2. Fasted cardio
3. Weight training

All before 6 AM.

Bad sleep can be worse than drugs.

It’s why you’re depressed, low on energy, and living a chaotic life.

If you want a top 0.1% quality of life, you HAVE to fix it...

Here are 7 science-backed secrets to maximize your sleep (and start living again): Image

1. Read this first

This thread isn’t the first post you’ve read about sleep.

But chances are, you haven’t implemented much so far.

So grab a pen and paper to take notes so you can start implementing today.

Learning about it isn’t enough. You have to take action.

Let's start:
2. How long should you sleep?

I usually recommend sleeping 7.5 to 9 hours.

But some people may be fine with less.

As long as you can stay awake during the day without consuming endless amounts of caffeine, you're good.

I met Eddie Hall when I was 17.

His message to me?

"Keep working on whatever you do."

While scientists called it humanly impossible...

He still managed to deadlift 500 KILOS.

Here is the scientific protocol he followed to disprove science (copy this to become an outlier): Image
You don’t wake up one day and lift 500 kilos.

It takes years of dedicated practice.

Not only physically, but also mentally.

Scientists called it impossible but he still managed to do it.

Let’s go through how step by step:
Eddie ate like a machine and used to eat 10,000 calories a day.

That’s 2.5x what an average man eats.

- Steak
- Eggs
- Chicken
- Pasta
- Rice

The more the better.

But eating alone won’t help you lift 500 kilos:
