🧵A loading facility preparing KH-101 air-launched cruise missiles (ALCMs) along with an unknown number of KH-101 missiles were destroyed in the strike of the 20th March 2025 on Engels-2 airfield, imagery from Maxar suggests. 1/6

The transport containers seen either side of the building in image #1 below appear to be GK-120 containers for the KH-101 ALCM, prior to loading.
These have been recorded before: during a visit by Sergei Shoigu to Russian aerospace company MKB Raduga in January 2024. 2/5

GIS software measures these containers to be around 7.5m in length. With the GK-120 container being 7.45m in length and the KH-101 being the most common ALCM deployed at Engels, we conclude these are likely containers for KH-101 ALCMs and all were destroyed in the strike. 3/5

The cylindrical building in which the GK-120s are being loaded in the image below is a likely ACLM facility used for setting fuses, adding warheads and other preparatory work on the ALCMs prior to their loading onto strategic bombers. 4/6

The geo-located footage from @Dmojavensis suggests both secondary detonations and damage to open-air-stored ammunition, with this later clearly visible in the Maxar satellite imagery. 5/6
