Women in US prisons are still waiting for trans-identified male convicts to be transferred out. I have heard from incarcerated women saying that state officials feel they can ignore the Trump administration's executive orders.

Therefore, I am sharing several stories reported by @ReduxxMag about the US prison situation within the past three years.

To begin with, in 2022, I spoke to inmate Miseka Diggs, who was incarcerated in New Jersey at Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women.

She told me the women were "scared to death" of the male transfers.

“It is like you are living in an abusive situation. I have anxiety that I never knew about,” said Diggs. She explained that she had been visiting the mental health services to address the ways in which the presence of violent men in the women’s facility was bringing up her own feelings related to her past.

The following month, a second female inmate at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women told @ReduxxMag of the hardships survivors of sexual trauma like herself endured since the arrival of trans-identified male convicts.

“In my 23 years of incarceration here at Edna Mahan… I’ve never seen anything like the traumatic damage that’s been going on.”

Dawn Jackson had been the victim of repeat incestual abuse by the men in her family from the age of 5, some of which was so severe it resulted in her having damaged vaginal and rectal tissue, and required her to re-learn how to go to the bathroom as a child.

We learned that one of the very first men transferred into New Jersey's only women's prison was a sadistically violent rapist and killer named Perry Cerf.

Cerf had undergone genital surgery and calls himself Michelle Hel-loki Angelina.

He was convicted for the brutal rape and murder of 47-year-old Ecuadorian immigrant Flor Andrade in 2002, and was arrested while wearing his victim’s clothes. He was found utilizing her identification with his photo superimposed over hers.

While awaiting trial, Cerf penned a letter to The New York Daily News confessing to the crime and boasted about drinking the woman’s blood.

His letter continued: “Since I have a most unusual taste for blood, I drank and licked and lapped up my fill … Let it be known: I am Lucifer’s Maiden servant, sent to earth born of sin, to bring suffering and pain, darkness and evil.”

Cerf was permitted to marry a female inmate shortly after being transferred to Edna Mahan. The woman he partnered with is mentally unstable, and the two began terrorizing women in the prison.

Inmate Kokila Hiatt was targeted for Cerf's abuse, and plots were made to beat her for speaking out against the situation at EMCF.

“[Cerf] frequently would threaten women. He threatened me one time because I was one of the ones who worked to get him and his (at the time) girlfriend Jennifer Pasquarello moved.”

“He told me that my laughing was going to ‘get me in trouble’ as he ground his fist into his other hand. He told another woman she was going to ‘take a trip,’ meaning a trip to the hospital.”

Kokila has been in direct contact with Reduxx for years and has feared for her safety for speaking out.

“For complaining about them, I have received backlash from the transgender males here. Their tactics ranged from verbal harassment and threats of violence to multiple allegations causing me to be investigated by the prison. One of those allegations resulted in me being placed in a lockdown unit for three days.

I am not the only female inmate who has experienced consequences, other women have been harassed and bullied too.”

Another man transferred into the NJ women's prison swiftly after conviction is Marina Volz, born Matthew, who made brutal transgender BDSM pornography involving his 7 year-old daughter.

Volz was reported as the "mother" of the daughter he sexually tormented in local media.

During the trial, prosecutors told the Judge the little girl had been subjected to "a vortex of darkness" after being removed from mother's care.

The @ACLU lawsuit which allowed violent male killers and rapists to be housed in the NJ women's prison was won on behalf of Danielle Demers, born Daniel Smith, a convicted terrorist with a fetish for wearing diapers and pretending to be an underage girl.

Demers has claimed to be “best friends with a high ranking police administrator,” while describing, in an online forum, an unsettling story involving kidnapping and a “closet painted black with chains hanging everywhere.”

In the story, Demers prevents an officer from conducting a welfare check on an “adult child” on the basis that the sexual bondage scenario was a form of roleplay, and therefore, consensual.

By talking with incarcerated women, I also discovered, shockingly, that one high-profile trans-identified male inmate had incited the worst prison riot in decades, which resulted in several women being brutally beaten - but he was transferred OUT to a MALE PRISON for his safety!

Raequan 'Rae' Rollins was positively profiled by the @nytimes as a victim after he had been responsible for one of the most extreme events of prison guard brutality against EMCF inmates in the prison’s recent history — an incident that left six women severely physically battered.

One trans-identified male murderer housed in NJ's women's prison EMCF impregnated two women before he was transferred out again.

Demetrius ‘Demi’ Minor was transferred to the women’s estate after claiming to be 'transgender' while serving a 30 year sentence for the murder of his foster father.

He had been trying to have sex with the female inmates from the moment he was transferred in, according to sources at the prison.

Minor had previously operated a website called Justice4Demetrius. A LinkedIn account attributed to ‘Demi’ Minor describes him as an “entrepreneur” and “criminal justice advocate,” and cites him as the founder of “a grassroots organization advocating for criminal justice reform” called The Minor Society.

Amy Locane, an actress known for her role in Melrose Place, spoke to Reduxx from the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in New Jersey to describe how she was made to shower in facilities shared with convicted murderer named Neil LaBranche ⁠— who now goes by the name Nikita Selket.

LaBranche, who is 6’7 and serving a 30 year sentence for the bare-handed murder of his male roommate in 1995, was recorded as a “female” inmate by the New Jersey Department of Corrections.

Convicted murderer Demetrius Minor was discovered by Reduxx to have coached another male killer in how to transfer to the NJ women's prison.

Elliot Rivera Jr., 35, now calls himself Jamie Belladonna and has been classified as a “female” within the state Department of Corrections (DOC) system. Rivera was previously housed in the same unit at as Minor.

In fact, a video posted to Minor’s social media shows Rivera claiming that his hair grew back after receiving “medication” from a “transgender doctor” he names as Dr. Diana Finkel.

Confusingly, on Minor’s social media account, the video is captioned: “NJ State Prison is denying our sister Jamie visits with gender specialist doctors!”

Harvey Marcelin, a transgender serial killer who identifies as a lesbian, was transferred to a women's prison at Riker's Island in New York.

Harvey, who calls himself Marceline, dismembered women after killing them, and was profiled sympathetically by @nytimes in 2022 after his arrest - despite having just been connected to the killing and dismemberment of a third woman.

“Transgender people are far more likely to become victims of violence, not perpetrators,” read the NYT, which referred to him as female, and appeared to attribute Marcelin’s history of violence against women as part of his gender identity conflict.

With two prior murder convictions, he was granted access to a shelter for women, where he was interacting with his third victim - despite objections from the staff.

One woman employed at a housing alternative for elderly residents was let go from her job after she complained that he was following her as she drove home - after he had been threatening her and permitted to carry a gun on the premises.

Marcelin first began to 'identify as a woman' while in prison for his second murder, where he met a transgender inmate who encouraged him to take estrogen.

He described his male “side” as a “pimp” and blamed his female victims for inciting him to violence. “I tell them — there’s a side of me you don’t want to see… but they don’t listen.”

When asked about his tendency to erupt in a violent rage, Marcelin said his outbursts felt “liberating” as he could let his “macho side come out”. He went on to say that he “[covers] it up by being a woman” because he doesn’t like his “male rage.”

Moving on to Washington state, where a violent male serial killer who murdered three women is currently being housed at the Washington Correctional Center for Women after securing a transfer under self-identification laws.

Donna Rebecca Perry, born Douglas Robert Perry, murdered three prostituted women in a four-month timeframe in 1990.

During the trial proceedings, prosecutors contended that Perry had only undergone his gender changes to avoid suspicion for the murders and shirk justice. This was in part fueled by the fact Perry referred to his “male” and “female” identities in separate contexts, accusing his “male” side of having committed the crimes while his “female” identity was innocent of them.

A man convicted of the horrific sexual abuse of a young girl was quietly transferred to a correctional facility for women in Washington state, and has reportedly boasted to female inmates that he identifies as “a man.”

Brett David Sonia, who also goes by the name Brooke Lyn Sonia, was convicted in 2005 and 2006 on dozens of charges related to the sexual exploitation of a 13 year-old girl.

Speaking to Reduxx under the condition of anonymity, Shawn, who has a close family member incarcerated at WCCW, says he was “deeply concerned” for the safety and privacy of the women inside.

“WCCW is known as ‘camp cupcake’ because it’s easy to do time there. Men want to be there,” Shawn said.

Shawn also showed Reduxx an excerpt from a message he received from one of the other women inside the facility, in which she says that “there are some very aggressive men coming in here” and “all of them are having sex with women.”

In 2022, a trans-identified male convicted of torturing and killing a 4 year-old boy was quietly transferred to a women’s prison in New York state.

Christopher “Kryzie” King was serving a sentence of 22 years to life in Clinton Correctional Facility until April 20, when he was relocated to the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women.

King pleaded guilty to abusing and murdering 4-year-old Myls Dobson in 2014.

Investigators told the press that during the three weeks Myls was in King’s care, he regularly beat the toddler, even whipping him in the head with a belt buckle, burning him, and locking him outside on a balcony in his underwear in the freezing cold.

King admitted to torturing him with an oven rack, heating up the hot metal before removing it with an oven mitt and pressing it up against the boy’s leg.

Assistant District Attorney Nicole Blumberg also said that King “bound and gagged” Myls as a form of punishment.

A trans-identified male convicted of rape and child sexual abuse was transferred to a women’s federal prison after launching a lawsuit against the Bureau of Prisons claiming “discrimination.”

July Justine Shelby, born William McClain, was convicted on multiple counts of child pornography trafficking after being caught distributing photos of infants being sexually abused.

Despite having been moved to a women’s prison, Shelby continued to pursue legal action and demand various remedies. Among hid complaints were that he had been housed with the “worst of the worst” female offenders, and that his risk classification had been set too high.

A female inmate at the Central California Facility for Women came forward with a sworn declaration of having been eyewitness to the aftermath of an alleged sexual assault that took place within the institution.

Incarcerated woman Mimi Le provided a sworn declaration seen by Reduxx, stating she was one of many eyewitnesses to the events surrounding what was described as a “sexual assault” committed by a trans-identified male against a female inmate.

Le described personally witnessing the woman as being “barely conscious,” after she was raped and taken out of her cell on a stretcher under a Code 3 medical alert – one that signifies an inmate is unresponsive and unable to be revived using immediate methods.

A prominent trans activist found guilty of a 2016 triple homicide of a lesbian couple and their son is housed in a women's prison in California.

Dana Rivers, born David Chester Warfield, brutally slaughtered a lesbian couple and their adopted son - Charlotte Reed, her wife Patricia Wright, and Benny Diambu-Wright.

Prior to his career as an activist, Rivers had been a notable participant in Camp Trans, an organization which was created in protest of a women-only event Rivers’ victims had allegedly frequently attended.

Rivers cited pornography as an influence on his gender identity. “Porn helped me understand my gender deviant mindfreak is healthy, sane, and delightfully irrational,” he tweeted in 2010.

A trans-identified male convicted of brutally murdering his wife was transferred to a women’s prison in California.

Kier Anderson was 41 years old and a self-described “bisexual cross-dresser” when he was convicted in 2009 of strangling his wife after she attempted to leave the relationship.

During a police interview recorded on February 28, 2006, the day that Jennifer’s body was discovered hanging in the family’s garage, Kier admitted it had been his idea to allow a “bi-curious” man to move into their home,

He also confessed to law enforcement that as the male guest and his wife became closer, they “started attacking my cross-dresser side,” a feminine alter-ego Kier had developed and named “Claire.”

A violent male pedophile was transferred to a women’s prison in Washington after beginning to identify as transgender.

Jolene Charisma Starr, born Joel Thomas Nichols, was convicted in 1995 of two horrific attacks on young girls.

The first assault took place in August of 1993 and targeted an 11-year-old girl. According to an appeals record, Starr had carefully pre-meditated the attack, which the court stated took a “high degree of sophistication and pre-planning.”

According to the grisly account, Starr had brought with him a pair of panties he wanted the child to wear for him. She complied out of fear after he threatened her, at which point Starr began to live out his sick fantasy.

He procured a knife and cut the underwear off of the child before repeatedly raping her.

Thomas Preston Lamb, also known as Michelle Renee Lamb, is serving three life sentences for crimes against women and is currently detained in a women’s facility in Topeka, Kansas.

Lamb, who is described as “female” in the state Criminal Justice Information System and referred to as a “transgender female” in court records, was convicted of kidnapping and murdering Karen Sue Kemmerly, a 24 year-old student at the University of Kansas-Missouri, around December 5, 1969.

Reduxx uncovered news reports from that time and revealed that Lamb had murdered Kemmerly after she commented he was a “handsome man,” and told him he was “very capable sexually,” which sent him into a violent rage as he saw himself as a woman.

Lamb strangled the woman to death, and left her nude corpse in a cornfield.

In addition to Kemmerly, Lamb was also convicted on charges of kidnapping 18-year-old Patricia Ann Childs on January 15, 1970. During the ordeal, Lamb bound Childs’ hands and raped her, according to court documents, though he was never formally charged for the sexual assault.

Lamb told Dr. Joseph Satten, a psychiatrist specializing in criminology at the Menninger Foundation in Topeka, that he “thought he was a girl” when he carried out the crimes against the two women.

A trans-identified male inmate at Rikers Island was convicted of raping a female prisoner while in the women’s section of the New York prison. Ramel Blount, 33, who uses the alias Diamond Blount, was sentenced to seven years after accepting a plea deal for a lesser charge of attempted rape.

While housed in the female facility, Blount approached a 33-year-old woman in the bathroom at the Rose M. Singer Center of the Rikers complex on February 8, 2021. The victim had just finished showering when Blount grabbed her by the neck, held her down and sexually assaulted her.
