IAF NO: 893885137: Likely refers to Israeli Air Force (IAF) internal identification number.
MFG DATE: 02/2025: Manufacturing date: February 2025.
What MB516M-90 tells us
“MB” prefix – almost certainly stands for MBT Missile Division of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI-MBT). Other IAI weapons (Mikholit, Nimrod variants, Harpy components) carry the same two-letter root. Mikholit glide-bomb body seen in IAF recovery photos, 2024 had a serial number starting with MB2xx-series
“516M” – internal design/project code. Numbers in the 200-series have shown up on 1990-era weapons (Mikholit, Sledgehammer); the jump to the 500 block strongly implies a new design family that has not appeared in public before 2025.
“-90” – final dash-number usually denotes a sub-assembly or the complete round. On earlier Israeli plates “-10/-20” are control sections and wings, while “-90” tends to be a fully-assembled munition ready for integration.
(7/7) Gaza is being made into a laboratory of genocide. Israel and other evil powers are using this opportunity of lack of accountability to test weapons that will eventually be used of ALL of us.
