Business Insider asked 100-year-olds their biggest lessons on:

• Health
• Money
• Happiness

Oddly enough, most of their answers are the same…

Here are my top 7:

1. Exercise & Nutrition

2. How To Maintain A Sharp Mind

3. Marriage Advice

4. The Challenges of Being 100

5. Financial Advice

6. How to Live A Long & Happy Life

7. The Biggest Changes In The Last 100 Years

Notice how they all say what's most important is:

• Prioritizing family
• Enjoying each day
• Eating a healthy diet
• Living for experiences
• Making time to exercise
• Maintaining strong Relationships

& they realized money & working hard is not as important...

Thankfully, I've realized this at 35.

Which is why I retired from my 9-5 at 30 & now spend my time:

• With my daughters & wife
• Prioritizing health
• Traveling

My biggest fear is having regrets at 70-100 years old.

I'm living my life now so that won't be a problem.
