Why is no one talking about how important it is to train your SCM muscles (muscle highlighted in red) DAILY?
When your SCM muscles are tight, they can literally COMPRESS the blood-vessels of your neck, LIMITING BLOODFLOW TO YOUR BRAIN - of course such a person will feel tired,anxious or even DIZZY!
So how do I strengthen these muscles to feel relaxed more at ease (takes 3-5 minutes)
-Tilt your head all the way right 3 times
-Tilt your head all the way left 3 times
-look all the way right 3 times
-look all the way left 3 times
-Look all the way up, THEN down 3 times
Doing all of these will allow your brain to drain all the toxic waste and allow oxygen rich blood to enter the starved cells of your brain - allowing the system to energise and restart.
You will look and feel better as a result
Head tilt - AKA neck lateral flexion (try right and left):
Looking all the way up: AKA neck extension - these will HURT if you spend a lot of time looking down on your phone
Looking all the way down: AKA neck flexion
Turning your neck right then left (Neck rotation):
Give these ago - as your SCM muscle gets stronger you will feel younger,stronger and look more beautiful as your circulation improves!
