Grounding has shown to decrease inflammation significantly.

(thread) Image Grounding connects your body to the Earth's natural charge.

In the past, humans stayed in contact with the Earth, but modern life-insulated shoes, high buildings, synthetic surfaces-has disconnected us.

This disconnection may be a cause of chronic inflammation.

If you suffer from tinnitus, it would be a smart idea to strengthen the muscles in your NECK!

Between the anterior scalene muscles and SCM, lies the vagus nerve, when these muscles become weak & tight due to poor posture for 7-9 hours of the day - the vagus nerve can become TRAPPED!

Beneath these muscles also lie the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves - these nerves help to regulate blood flow and fluid to the cochlea -when these nerves become TRAPPED due to tight neck muscles - all sorts of havoc can let loose - ringing of the ears, digestion issues, dizziness, high pressure in the skull, premature ejaculation etc...

The solution is easy and embarrassingly simple:

-Strengthen your anterior scalenes (7-9 reps daily)
-Strengthen your sternocleidomastoid muscles (7-9 reps daily)
-Strengthen your deep neck flexors (7-9 reps daily)
-Bonus 1: Strengthen your middle and posterior scalenes (7-9 daily)
-Bonus 2: Limit time spent in poor posture and limit time spent looking down to reduce compression of the nerves and arteries

As your neck muscles become stronger, your jaw muscles relax, your scalp hair thickens due to reduced scalp tension and your nervous system will automatically become more regulated because the nerves can finally breathe again!Image Exercise to strengthen scalenes (7-9 reps on both side)

Vitiligo caused by genetics? Think again.

If you suffer from vitiligo, you need to LOAD up on anti-oxidants, favor the survival of pigment cells and restore pigment.

You also need to lower factors that promote stress, inflammation and autoimmune conditions.

Vitiligo is a skin disease that happens when melanin cells (melanocytes) start dying, or stop working at their full function. It gives areas of the skin that really light white colour, these areas have no pigmentation. it happens in about 2% of the worldwide population Image

Hairloss caused by genetics and DHT? Think again.

Hairloss is actually caused by:

-Chronically Elevated Cortisol Levels (This increases your scalp tension)

-Low Thyroid Function and T3

-Chronically Elevated Estrogen Levels (there is a feedback loop between cortisol and estrogen where they both increase each other over time)

-Low Testosterone

-Low GH and IGF-1

-Drops in protective hormone levels like Progesterone,DHEA.

-Nutritional deficiencies (salt, calcium, vitamins) which lead to rises in stress hormones like aldosterone and PTH

Don't believe everything modern medicine tells you.

One of the absolute BEST things you can do today is strengthen (NOT stretch) your psoas muscle

Most of the population has tremendous weakness in this muscle and here's why

You sit for 8-9 hours a day -> psoas weakens

You wear heeled shoes -> psoas weakens

Psoas weakens -> pelvic position shifts -> hunchback posture adopted -> forward head posture -> increased scalp tension -> neck pain -> anxiety/insecurity

psoas weakens -> abdominal nerves compressed -> feelings of anxiety/insecurity

Psoas weakens -> diaphragm tightens -> breathing pattern becomes shallow -> anxiety -> survival mode -> scarcity mindset

So can you see why a weak psoas will wreak havoc on your body and why it is EXTREMELY important that it is strengthened daily?

If you do well done, practice 9 reps of psoas strengthening (illustrated below) on both sides of your body, then take a look at yourself in the mirror.

You will see how beautiful your posture has become - no doubt about it.Image The diagram below illustrates the intimidate relationship between the psoas and the diaphragm

Strong psoas = healthy breathing pattern

Weak psoas = fast shallow breathing

The psoas muscle is known as the "muscle of the soul"

Now you know why

Next time you see a friend with poor posture (nerd neck and hunchback posture) - tell them to strengthen their psoas muscle.Image

Hairloss and facial structure

If your maxilla (beauty bone) grows vertically, the mandible (jaw) swings back.

As a compensatory mechanism, the head is extended in a forward head posture.

Guess what happens when the head is in this position 99% of the time to allow proper breathing?

SCALP TENSION INCREASES - CHRONICALLY - LEADING TO HAIRLOSS AT THE TEMPLES AND CROWN!

How to correct improper facial structure?

- Proper tongue posture (back 3rd of tongue always on the roof of mouth - and breathing through nose)

- never clench your jaw back (this increases scalp tension dramatically - leading to your facial structure developing down and back)

-Massage your jaw muscles for 30-45 seconds daily or take 140mg Magnesium bisglycinate to relax muscular tensionImage Poor facial structure (due poor breathing habits and poor tongue posture) - poor neck posture - jaw is clenched back chronically - chronic scalp tension - hairloss

Scalp tension tensile pattern perfectly matches the norwood scale.

Lower scalp tension by relaxing your jaw (protraction) and practicing proper tongue posture - ALL THE TIME!Image

Puffiness under the eyes is a CLASSIC sign of lymphatic stagnation

We have 200-300 lymph nodes located in the neck - these filter waste AND fluid from your face and brain.

The problem arises when waste stops flowing properly due to poor posture (excess phone usage) or a sedentary lifestyle

This is because the lymphatic system does NOT have a pump so you NEED to move or massage your body to stimulate proper flow and drainage

-Massage your face,jaw,neck,head and collarbones.

You also need to move the body to stimulate proper drainage - things like:

-5min leg raises on the wall
-sprint (20-30 seconds), rest 90 seconds and repeat this 8 times.
-5min calf raises (the calves are known as the 2nd heart)
-neck extension and flexion (look up and down 3-5 times)
-neck rotation (turn your head right and left 5-7 times)

You will feel healthier and look better as a resultImage
Image
Shoulder extension exercises are also EXTREMELY beneficial, pair this with the neck exercises

You will feel 5-10 years younger after doing these simple yet highly effective things

I guarantee it Image

If you're balding and panicking about what to do...massage these 3 muscles:

-occipitalis
-frontalis
-temporalis

These 3 muscles connect to the galea...when chronically tight - they compress the scalp in a horseshoe shape manner.

Of course, tightening of these muscles will also cause feelings of panic, helplessness and thoughts like "I dont know what to do, I don't want to go bald etc"

Massage these 3 muscles (medium-high intensity) one by one- 1 minute each in a circular motion with all your fingers

You will see the difference in your hair and mood almost instantly

I guarantee itImage Temporalis muscle - extremely large muscle which can "clamp your scalp" - ensure it is relaxed.

You can also relax it by ensuring your jaw is not clenched backwards - i.e move your jaw forward Image

Your lymphatic system is the body's detox and defense network.

Yet while blood has a heart to pump it, lymph lacks a central pump.

Instead, it relies on vessel contractions and muscle movement to flow. Image
