🧵1/ Can you this post?
If I don’t write this headline I will have zero exposure on @X (I’m targeted again) and this thread is extremely important.
I came across 2 podcast conversations that @MansurAshkar and @khalifa_Halabi had with @EinatWilf and that I wish the entire world would hear - they ask the most important question and Einat drops some serious truth bombs that should alert all confused westerners. These are very liberal people that had to engage with the Arab Middle East from a minority POV (2 Druze , 1 Jew) and they see what others in the West are completely blind to.
Also, #Words_Matter and Einat is clarifying some of the most abused and manipulated words in the West nowadays.
I’ll put the links to the full conversations in the end of this thread >>
2/ Let’s start with the concept of #Nakba - how it started, what it means and how it evolved from the concept of “Arab humiliation” to “the massacre of Arabs by Zionists”
(This is from a conversation in Hebrew, the translation is AI, not perfect but good enough)
>>
3/ Antisemitism & Anti-Zionism: palestinism adopted all the worst concepts of hating and negating the collective Jews:
• Historic tribal and religious Arab Muslim relations with Jews
• Nazi ideology influence -
• Soviet influence of antizionism as post WWII antisemitism
>>
4/ History shows us exactly how “anti Zionism” ends for Jews in general- no Jew can ever “escape” it
>>
5/ The narrative of #Colonialism and against Israel and Zionism as “the second crusader state” as the FIGHT AGAINST THE WEST: “white European settlers” , “you don’t belong here”,
#Indigenous
#Arbized occupation
#Two_States_Delusion
>>
6/ How did extremely religious Palestinianism connect with secular Nazi and Soviet ideology (and later the Red-Green Alliance)? All these ideas converge in the struggle against the collective Jews.
The placards strategy of the Jew as the ultimate evil versus “Palestine” as the representative of redemption and the utopia awaiting us on the other side of cleansing the world of Jews, whether this struggle is justified through religious, Soviet, or Nazi reasoning, this is where they meet, in a messianic place of seeking redemption, through scapegoating the Jews.
