🫀 Key Cardiac Risk Markers You Shouldn’t Ignore

Check more than just total cholesterol.
✅ LDL (bad cholesterol)

✅ Triglycerides (TG)
✅ VLDL

🔍 Ideal:

•HDL > 50
•LDL < 100
•TG/HDL ratio < 2

🔴 2. ApoB & ApoA1 – Better than LDL
