One of the best pieces of evidence that the "treasonous conspiracy" baloney is a ruse designed to distract from Epstein, harm the IC, and make the Trump happy is the 2018 HPSCI report about the 2016 election. Here's what @FBIDirectorKash (the author) had to say in that report:

@FBIDirectorKash: In 2015, Russia began engaging in a covert influence campaign aimed at the U.S. presidential election

@FBIDirectorKash: Russia's active measures campaign was multifaceted, and "hacked material was disseminated through this myriad network of [Russian] actors with the objective of undermining the effectiveness of the future administration."

It's heavily redacted (and will surely be unreacted soon right?), but here @FBIDirectorKash agrees with the Intelligence Community Assessment that Russia hacked the DNC and DCCCC.

@FBIDirectorKash: Russia disseminated these hacked materials through cut-outs, and this was likely approved at the highest levels of the Russian government.

@FBIDirectorKash: Russia amplified these divisive election-related messages through a covert social media campaign (the troll farms).

@FBIDirectorKash: The Intelligence Community Assessment employed proper analytic tradecraft on all of its conclusions except one (Putin's intent).

@FBIDirectorKash: While there was no evidence of "collusion," the Trump campaign engaged in a lot of shady dealings with Russian agents, as well as Wikileaks, which were "highly objectionable and inconsistent with US national security interests."

Today, IC leaders @DNIGabbard, @DCIARatcliffe, & @DDCIAEllis are pretending as if Russia's 2016 attack on our sovereignty did not happen, by hoping that people can't understand the difference between hacking a voting machine vs. hacking the DNC & by distributing fake emails.

Well, if you take them at their word, then surely @FBIDirectorKash was in on the "treasonous conspiracy" too, as almost everything he wrote that's cited above is being denied by the President, IC leaders, and the MAGA faithful today. I assume he'll be investigated too.

@FBIDirectorKash Oh, I forgot that @FBIDirectorKash shared some words of praise for the rank-and-file IC employees too.
