The most dangerous, life-wrecking, yet ignored condition today:

THYROID DYSFUNCTION

It's why you wake up tired, can't lose weight, and feel foggy 24/7—despite doing everything “right”.

Here is a 7-step plan to fix your thyroid health (before it's too late): 🧵

1/ Watch The Symptoms

From my experience, the most common symptoms of thyroid dysfunction are:

• Fatigue
• Dry skin
• Hair loss
• Brain fog
• Constipation
• Slow digestion
• Cold hands & feet

But there’s a problem…

Most people miss the signs, or assume they’re just a part of “getting older”.

And it gets worse:

Most doctors only check TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone), which is not enough. You can have a “normal” TSH, and yet dysfunctional thyroid.

Here’s what you must do:

2/ Get A Proper Test

This must include:

• TSH – Should be very low (<1.0)
• Free T3 & T4 – Active thyroid hormones
• Total T3 & T4 – Shows real thyroid output
• Reverse T3 – Blocks metabolism when high
• TPO & TG Antibodies – Detect autoimmunity

Once you have the results:

3/ Interpret The Results

Most common dysfunctions are:

• Hashimoto's (autoimmune disease, underactive thyroid)
• Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid ⇒ too little T3 & T4)
• Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid ⇒ too much T3 & T4)

That's why we test T3 & T4, not just TSH.

Now that you know:

1) Whether you have a thyroid problem or not
2) Whether your thyroid is overactivated or underactivated

It’s time to start the healing.

More often than not, thyroid problems are just symptoms of deeper issues—most common of them being chronic stress…

4/ Escape The Chronic Stress Cycle

When you’re caught in a stress loop:

• Cortisol blocks T4 → T3 conversion
• You run on adrenaline instead of real energy
• Your metabolism and thyroid function slow down

This results in chronic fatigue and brain fog.

But it gets worse…

Chronic stress leads to immune dysregulation.

This can trigger or worsen autoimmune thyroid diseases like Hashimoto’s or Graves’.

As a result, your immune system gets even weaker, your body gets even more stressed—and the cycle continues.

How do you break free?

You must fix the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Unless you remove chronic stress, your thyroid problems will keep coming back, over and over again.

5/ After you've fixed the root cause, upgrade your lifestyle.

Modern world is filled with chemicals and heavy metals, disrupting your thyroid health. Remove toxic:

• Plastics
• Tap Water
• Processed Foods
• Skin Care Products

And switch to natural products.

What's next?

6/ Heal Your Gut

Most people underestimate the thyroid-gut connection.

Watch out for:

• Leaky gut
• Inflammation
• Nutrient deficiency
• Unhealthy microbiome

How do you optimize your gut for thyroid health?

The best diet I found for thyroid comes from Dr. Ray Peat:

• Zero PUFAs (seed oils, nuts, soy)
• Saturated fats (coconut oil, butter)
• Animal protein (beef, non-PUFA seafood)
• Natural carbohydrates (fruit, honey, maple syrup)

And final step:

7/ Build Long-Term Immunity

Start with the fundamentals:

• Sleep (immune & hormonal system reset)
• Sunlight (activate circadian rhythm & vitamin D)
• Movement (stimulate lymph & gain more energy)

This isn’t about ‘hacks’.

It’s about creating permanent changes that stick.

To optimize your thyroid health:

FIX ROOT CAUSE
1) Watch The Symptoms
2) Get Proper Test
3) Interpret The Results
4) Escape The Chronic Stress Cycle

UPGRADE YOUR LIFESTYLE
5) Remove Toxins
6) Heal Your Gut
7) Build Long-Term Immunity
