Comey appeared in person this morning and was arraigned on the two counts: (1) False Statements and (2) Obstruction of a Congressional proceeding.
The first order setting schedule sets the trial for 9 months previous to the indictment.

Unless both parties and the court have a time machine available, I think they will have to file motions asking for a new order, one that sets it for the next available January 5th.
Judge wants this to move pretty quick and has set due dates for filings as soon as this Friday (joint discovery order) or failing that, Monday (proposed discovery order form each party).
CIPA briefing is also due this coming Monday.

Responses by Nov 3.
Replies by Nov 10.
Hearing on motions Nov 19.
Additional pre-trial motions due by Oct 30.
Gov't responses by Nov 13.

And all filings are to be turned in by 5pm on their due date.
That should save my F5 key a few dozen hits.
According to media who were at the courthouse today, prosecution advised the judge that materials included a "significant" amount of classified information AND...
DOJ is not sure whether it will use CIPA or DECLASSIFY the information(!!!!) and they are leaning towards the latter!!
It'll be declassify it all OR the "fastest CIPA process you've ever seen in your life,"
Like the rest of us, Comey's counsel doesn't know for sure who Person 3 is.
Could be Richman, McCabe, Baker, Rybicki, or someone else.
(Some of us have deduced that Person 1 is Hillary, or was in the original draft the prosecution put to the grand jury)
All of those possibilities are "problematic" for the prosecution.
