🟡Situation in Pokrovsk
🏹 Enemy infiltration into the city continues through the Defense Forces' defensive lines in the south, along the previously mentioned sections in the Zvirove-Shevchenko-Novopavlivka area and along the railway from Kotlyne. The enemy is being detected or destroyed in various parts of Pokrovsk, which increases the "gray zone" of their sabotage and reconnaissance activities. In recent days, concentration has increased on the eastern outskirts of the city near the settlement of Rivne, and there is also detection on the northern outskirts, where the number of Russian infantry is growing.
🇷🇺 The enemy is beginning to settle in the city, establishing positions, including observation posts (OP), pilot positions, and so on. This is facilitated by the presence of a sufficient number of infantry, which often also moves from area to area during attempts to clear them out. We wrote about this earlier in our publication based on accounts from fighters holding the defense there.
🏚 Senior military leadership has arrived in the Pokrovsk area and taken control of the situation. Currently, we see decisions to deploy various specialized units to clear the enemy from the city, who has amassed several hundred infantry. However, there are no decisions yet regarding blocking the enemy's infiltration in the southern part of the city. The results of such decisions will become apparent over time; Ukrainian drone operators try daily and nightly to locate and destroy the enemy, and this work is "endless" for now.
