VIDEO THREAD: Pardoned January 6er Jake Lang attempted to hold an anti-Muslim "Crusader March" in Minneapolis today where he was swarmed with hundreds of counter-protesters.
Scuffles broke out, and one of his members sprayed mace around the crowd.
2) Amidst "Feels like -7 F" degree temperatures, protesters sprayed Lang and his crew with water guns as well as silly string while drowning him out with music over a loudspeaker.
Lang apparently was prepared to leave, but couldn't find a path as protesters continued to physically challenge him and his group.
"Let them leave!" some protesters yelled.
3) Lang, who fought police with a baseball bat at the Capitol on January 6, was struck with a wooden stick by a counter-protester.
He grabbed it, briefly holding it up in triumph and keeping control of it until it was grabbed out of his hands.
4) As protesters continued to shoot water guns, some people (who were not apparently aligned with Jake) attempted to escort him away.
Lang ended up on another windowsill of Minneapolis City Hall still surrounded.
5) People continued to throw snow, water balloons, and spray water at Jake Lang outside City Hall, and scuffles continued as he wrapped around the building hoping to escape.
His head was visibly bloodied somewhere along the way as the crowd chased him.
6) Lang fled through the Indigo Hotel in downtown Minneapolis and through the back entrance of the "Star Bar."
"Don't touch it!" a bartender said, defending the booze, which was untouched.
Lang reportedly escaped into a vehicle following the hotel exit.
7) "We made him take it off!" a counter-protester held @JakeLang's plate carrier vest, which he wore at his previous "Crusader Marches" in Dearborn, MI and Plano, Texas.
"Hello?" she called on his radio to anyone listening. "Come help your man!"
