He can "coordinate civil and criminal cases, including grand jury proceedings, in all 94 US attorney districts."

On site for the execution of that warrant is @DNIGabbard and FBI Deputy Director @AndrewBaileyMO

Gabbard, we recently learned is working on a report regarding foreign interference in the 2020 election.

She is expected to publish a report on her findings.
